Fantasy Land Preview and $399 voucher...help!

So we will be down at WDW for the Fantasy Land Preview. We can register starting on Monday. It says each person needs a valid annual pass to register online. Here's my question...we were going to buy my daughter the $399 DVC special promotion pass, and member services said they will give us our will call #. Is that going to be enough to register online, or do you think we will need an actual annual pass#? Thanks!!

I am going to be at WDW during the Fantasyland preview and was planning on doing the same thing you were. I called WDW a couple of days ago and asked them if the voucher number will allow me to register for the preview. They told me no, I would have to actually have the pass(go to WDW and buy it) in order to sign up for the preview. The number you need to register is on the back of the pass and the voucher number doesn't count.

This can be done. I have an AP but my girlfriend's expired over the summer. We have a long weekend trip planned in Nov before my AP expires. She was planning to buy the $399 PAP when we arrived. When the FL preview was announced which happened to start on our arrival day, she went online and purchased it. True, the will call # is insufficient to register as a Passholder online, but she called Disney and they gave her an actual voucher which has her AP#. The voucher will be mailed but they gave her the # over the phone so she can register. We will see what happens Monday but according to the Cast Member, she should be all set.

They just gave me a confirmation number which had letters from my first name and some numbers. What can I do with this? :-)

See the post immediately above yours which was the same situation.

Would you mind if I asked what phone number you called? I tried to call both Disney ticketing and the passholder line- and was told the same thing, that my will call number would not be sufficient to get onto the passholder website to register for the preview. I was basically told, sorry, we can't help you.

The number we called to get our voucher number is 407-566-4985. Press Option 5. It will cost $5 for shipping but that is a small price to pay for a sneak peak at the new Fantasyland.

Everyone I speak with DVC & AP is saying no chance to register the voucher, I need help!!!!

Call back. There are hundreds of customer service cast members. Explain what you are trying to do. The CM my girlfriend talked to said he had dozens of calls just like hers and knew exactly what she was trying to do.
