Not sure mine is going to work, my 'screenshot' using the iPad only copied the text and not the images and i received an email back at midday saying my screenshot wasn't acceptable as they need an image and to resend.
So about an hour ago I attempted a screenshot again but could only send it as attachment and I couldn't directly copy it into an email despite pressing the screen print key and paste about a million times!
When I checked the price again when doing the screen print this evening it had changed but it was still below Monarchs price so I am hoping they will still honour it even though it is the following days price.
Or I will have to start again!!

To get a screen shot on your iPad - Press the On-Off button (on the top right) and the round Home button (bottom of front screen together.
This will dump a screen shot of the web page into your Photos/Camera Roll folder.
Open the picture that is in the camera roll by double clicking to make it full screen. Press onto the centre of the screen and select COPY
Now go and create an email and press the screen in the message area of the screen. Select PASTE......

Grrrrr I have the screen print in my photos and I can click copy but when I hold down on the email reply the little bubble is empty and won't let me paste it into the email.
I can forward the photo in an email but then it's not linked to the booking, grrrrr and now the company have gone and changed their terms and conditions so I can't try again with a new booking!
Copy the email from them, go into photos and email the pic and paste the email from them. I use ipad amd did this
Put your booking ref in subject
I've manages to send a screen print to them now but my booking was at 11am last night so technically I've not provided the full information the same day of booking. If it's within 24 hours I should be okay.
Does anyone have a copy of the terms and conditions before the 2pm change?

Just wanted to update and say that I have now had confirmation that they are refunding both of my bookings
