I have read three threads today and two of them were closed due to bickering! And me and my BF are having a tiff via text (which I never condone and am ashamed to say that I have succumbed). Can't we all just get along?! haha

That said, let's sweeten up the day. I like marshmallows in my hot cocoa

I'm making a taco bar for tonight's dinner with friends. I only like the meat and cheese so I hope I got the right other stuff...

1. ground beef and seasoning
2. chicken and seasoning
3. tomatoes
4. a green pepper
5. a red pepper
6. mexi-cheese
7. a friend is brining guacamole
8. salsa
9. sour cream (not sure why but it sounded like something we should have?)
ummm. Am I missing something imperative?

I bought avocados to make guacamole tonight! So Yummy! Forgot the lime, though, but fortunately I have to go back out anyway.

(OP...I noticed the same thing and wondered what was amiss, too! )

Good suggestions! I have lettuce and both hard taco shells and tortillas but it looks like I need some refried beans (which is so yukky to me but I know lots like them). Thanks!

Sour cream is a Tex-Mex thing - the German influence. Good to have, but not mandatory. Your taco bar looks delicious!
