Best Way To Fantasia Mini Golf from POP?

Trying to fit in a quick visit to Fantasia Mini Golf before our transportation to the airport picks us up from POP at 1:00pm the day we leave. What's the best way to get from POP to Fantasia Mini Golf? We might do a taxi one direction to save on time & money but was hoping to use WDW transportation at least one way. We already have a visit to Winterland/Summerland Mini Golf planned using Blizzard Beach transportation, so we just need advice for Fantasia. Thanks!

The WDW transportation route is neither speedy nor convenient - but it is not complicated.

Take the bus from POP to the Hollywood Studios.
Get on the boat headed for Epcot resorts/Epcot (which departs from just outside the Studios gates).
Get off when it stops at the Swan/Dolphin (first stop).
Walk up the pier, along the sidewalk, and across the street which runs behind the Swan/Dolphin resorts - and you're there.

Assuming you get a bus promptly after getting to the Pop bus stops, and that you get a boat promptly after arriving at the dock at the Studios, and that it departs fairly soon after you get aboard - you're looking at about a thirty minute trip.

Might want to take a cab, its the fastest and easiest way. We took a cab a few weeks ago from CSR to fantasia mini golf and it was only $6.00

Fantasia is close to Pop. I would do a cab both ways & save yourself well over an hour in roundtrip Disney transportation time. That's an extra hour to hang out at the pool in the morning! I would guess that, based on the PP's experience, you'll probably come in at under $12-15 roundtrip, maximum.

I would *definitely* cab back to the hotel, in any case. There's no way I'd risk not making my ME deadline by waiting on the random arrivals of two different forms of Disney transport. You could get back to DHS & then wait 30 minutes for a Pop bus! The cab ride will be 5 minutes or less.

WOW ! You all are AWESOME!! Great advice and detailed pics from Robo! I didn't know a cab would be so inexpensive. I'll probably do DHS boat to Swan on way there just because my son would think the boat was cool and get a cab for the way back to POP. Thanks again! This forum is so wonderful!

OP, in Robo's first map, look at the lower right margin, under the World Showcase. If I'm not mistaken, that is Caribbean Beach resort. Pop is immediately below CB, juuuuuust below what appears as the corner of this map.

So you can see that Fantasia is right around the corner from the resort! I would guess that the distance is under 2 miles.

So you can see that Fantasia is right around the corner from the resort! I would guess that the distance is under 2 miles.

While Pop is "below" CBR, the distance is still pretty far.
(CBR, itself, is very "long," north-to-south. )
Also, the driving distance is substantially longer than "as the crow flies" (straight-line.)
