Fastest way from POFQ to WCC?

We have a lunch ressie at WCC at 2:15 on a day we are also going to the Halloween party.

In order to get to WCC, I figure we can go one of two ways (for free!)

#1- Boat to DTD and then bus to WCC.

#2- Bus to MK, then Boat to WCC. Does WCC have a bus from MK?

Which would be faster? What time would you suggest we leave in order to make the 2:15 ressie?

The WL does have a bus to the MK. which is fastest will depend on the wait time for a bus or boat. I would say it is a toss-up.

Option 2 and then what Mousemomx2 says. The buses from DTD run less frequently, so you could wait a long time.

Thanks everyone! Option #2 it is! If I am in line for the bus at POFQ by 1:15, is that enough time, or should I be in line by 1:00? Or earlier?
