Kouzzina would be the closest. It's got a lot of Greek and Mediterranean flavors with some Southern USA influences as well. The food is very good.

Saw a Greek both yesterday at Epcot. Very small portions though.

In addition to the above replies there are a lot of cs locations that sell a fantastic greek salad. Hearty enough to be an entire meal.
