Hello! This is my first time posting, I'm very excited to be planning the first trip to Disney for our family for early November 2013! I have 2 kids (who will be 5 and 2), and I'm leaning heavily toward the AoA right now. We will have 2 sets of grandparents with us, so a total of 6 adults & 2 kids.
My main question is the distance between the Cars suites and the bus stop/food court. My mom has a herniated disc in her back and has trouble sometimes if it flares up; she will rent a wheelchair in the park if need be, but if we can cut down on her walking when we can, that would be good (she claims she's totally fine with the walk, it's me who worries about her!) I've noticed some posts on here about the distance from LM to the main area, but didn't see anything about the Cars part of the resort. Our first choice would be LM (due to costs---with the odd number of people we have, it wouldn't really be cost-effective to get 2 suites), but we're just seeing what our options are right now. I know Nemo is the closest, but if Cars isn't too far away, that would cause my older son to be in absolute heaven, he is a Lightning McQueen addict.
I would also welcome any other advice or resort suggestions, I have really enjoyed following this forum the past few days and have learned a lot. Thank you!!
