Transfer Between My Own Contracts??

I own 2 DVC contracts and was wondering if I can do a transfer of points from one of my contracts to the other so I have enough to book what I want at the 11 month mark

I think the answer is yes but figured I'd double check with you guys. Thanks for the help.

That would depend. MS will not likely permit you to do a transfer if it is for the purpose of using 7 month points from one home resort
/ use year for another to get in at 11 months.

Inside of 7 months I have not had a problem transferring between contracts.

if they are for different resorts, no. you can never use pts from 1 resort to book a different resort at 11 months.

if they are for the same home resort:

-and under the same member number, no transfer would be needed.

-and different member numbers (different UYs), then transferring pts would allow you to pool pts from both contracts to book a single night and keep everything under one reservation number.

You can usually transfer with no problem. But your points will still be attached to the same resort they were before the transfer and will stil have the same UY. So if one contract is September and the other is December (like we have), we will transfer our Dec points into our Sept contract if we need additional points to make a single night and use them. But they are the same resort, so it makes it easy.
