Looks like I have to stock pile about 50lbs of bacon & a half dozen Kentucky Legend Hams, that should last a few weeks

I know somebody who could use a visit. Dis dad meet at Ron's.

We just barely overlap. We get in on the night of the 11th. I think my sister is overthinking it. The DVD is a good idea

We're leaving on the 12th. Doing an early lunch at Wave after late night at MNSSHP. Tight schedule our last day.

I had a great day reading all the meltdowns on Facebook over last night's game. Those silly Packer fans have been so spoiled over the last decade. The Vikings usually get hosed on the final drive four times a season.

I'm calling it a night a little early. This afternoon the kids wanted to go to the park with the animals. So, we're headed to the zoo tomorrow.

Here's my 2 cents on the events that unfolded on MNF...

Yes, the replacement refs suck. I don't want to pile on them though, because they are coming from the lower level college game to the NFL. The rules are slightly different and the game is faster. I don't blame them for being confused and making mistakes, but we're going to have to deal with it until the NFL brings back the real officials. I actually feel sorry for the replacement refs, because I'm sure they didn't ask to be thrown into that situation.

As for the actual play last night. The Green Bay defender allowed the "simultaneous possession" rule to be called into play by trying to catch it. I feel like they deserve to lose for that stupidity alone. Never try to get an INT on a hail Mary play. Swat the ball to to ground. The only way Tate even got his hands on the ball was because the defender tried to catch it.

Saw some of the game at work. By the time I got home it was over and I turned on the tv just to see the highlights. Needless to say, I got to see the play over and over and over...

At first I was agreeing with all the analysts about how the refs blew the call, but the more I watched it, the more I could understand how it could be called that way.

To me, it's the things that don't get called that bother me the most, and the way the coaches and players were bullying the refs around.

back when we had real refs, they still made controversial calls, and some of those decided games just like this one did. The only real difference was that it wasn't a long, drawn-out process.

Was able to watch some of the game last night, but went to bed before end of game. Personally, I liked the hat under Dallas WR foot when never went out of bounds. Just too comical.

I saw that during some highlights. That was a good one!!

It has been a crazy few weeks since we have been back. I have about 5 hrs of video that I need to go through. I am going to try to put a video together. Between the restaurant and the project at home all the video is still untouched!

I have yet to post any of my pics, or go through any of the video I took, and I've been back for over a month.

Might want to stock up on beef too. With the drought this year, it is going to be expensive to feed any kind of livestock. We've already filled the freezer. I really think the dairy industry could get hit hard too, because they're even more limited in how much of this drought stressed corn they can feed.
