cheapest way to order cases of water?

Anyone know what the cheapest way to go for 3 cases of water (we are flying , using magic your way from the airport to CSR) and will need water to make coffee in the room and to drink for a week. We are at 30 days out, on the dining plan , so we only really need the water, tia

ewwwwww , I lived in florida, the water smells like crap, I would never drink it! I had a friends who worked at the water dept, it was just gross, I wont even brush my teeth with it!

I've ordered from Costco with no problems before... you do not need to be a member and they will ship it right to your resort.....But please be aware that Disney may charge guests for shipped parcels when staying at Disney resorts with business centers. These include Disney's BoardWalk Resort, Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney's Yacht Club Resort. Handling fees range from $3-$10 depending on weight and as much as $70 for a 100-pound pallet. Typically, these charges are for corporate guests shipping large quantities for conventions. Regular resort guests should not have to pay handling fees, however. It's best to call the resort before shipping anything and ask if there will be a handling charge and how to avoid it.

We shipped from Walmart. I shipped other items like diapers, wipes, swim diapers and a few snacks so my total hit $45 and I got free shipping. It was only $7 something for 2 cases.

We ordered 3 cases of water from Walmart for about $14 which included shipping. They shipped via Fedex and the water was waiting for us when we got to AoA.

I find this extremely funny, coming from someone who lives in Philly, because I think Philly water smells like dirt!!!! When we were staying at RMH while my son was in CHOP after he was born (6 years ago) I just couldn't get past the smell of the tap water, and felt like I smelled like dirt after I showered. (it was better in the Hospital, so I started showering there).

Just goes to show you that EVERYONE is different

I think the tap water at WDW is fine... but what do I know???

We had a case of water delivered from costco to POFQ on our last visit. It was $7.00 total. No extra charges. I would definately check first to see if you resort has package delivery charges (as a PP mentioned, some of the resorts do). The process was very easy. I ordered it online about 4 or 5 days prior to our trip. Upon check in at POFQ the CM told me they had a package waiting for me and they brought it up to my room about 10 minutes after we checked in. We will definately do this again next trip.

We have ordered water several times from Costco. This process has been successful most of the time. Please note that when I sent water to Coronado Springs Resort (this was three years ago, so the policy may have changed), I was required to pay a handling fee to the the hotel. Apparently this is a common fee paid at conference hotels. You may want to check with Coronado Springs. I knew this before I ordered the water, so I was not surprised. It was still "worth it."

My only other "glitch" was at the Grand Floridian. Apparently water was delivered to the hotel, but we did not receive it- I called the front desk a couple of times and then gave up. I was not going to press the issue, but Grand Floridian reimbursed us for it. I think it was like $14 or something.

I want to order from walmart.com for our upcoming trip to POR but when I enter my name and por address it says the address doesn't appear to be valid. Could you tell me how u entered the info in the shipping address. I'm nervous the diapers won't get there. Thanks!

@ CSR. We did not receive the water until 3 days after it had been delivered. The cases had been opened, bottles removed, cases rretaped. Each 24 bottle case held only 18 bottles. On top of that we were charged $5 per case resort handling fee. We will never stay @ CSR again.

They were delivered by 2 different cast members. The 1st cast member was desk service and couldn't/wouldn't accept tips and the other was a regular delivery cast member and I did tip him. I think I placed the Walmart order about 5-6 days before I left.

This is the address I used this summer and it arrived fine. Some water was on backorder , so it arrived a few days after (3 days), but we had plenty of water at that time anyways.
They were delivered by 2 different cast members. The 1st cast member was desk service and couldn't/wouldn't accept tips and the other was a regular delivery cast member and I did tip him. I think I placed the Walmart order about 5-6 days before I left.
