How important is it that we book meals ahead of time? We are going 15-18 October mid week and are hoping the parks will not be too busy then.
We booked ours when we got there! We went Mid august!

You could always ring and check what is open as not everything will be being mid week and off season.
But if you are not after anywhere in particuliar it's not necessary.
For evening meals you are going to have the Disney Village, the hotel restaurants or you could check out the restaurants at Val d'Europe (There's a lot of choice and they are cheaper than Disney)
Good to know we are staying at Ibis so offsite meals seem like the way to go.
