We're Doing Disney Again Someday...Plus One! ~ Come Read my Trip Report!!!

Three weeks?? I can't even imagine that. Hope Dug Baby shows up a little earlier than that! I'm so glad you're still feeling okay though. Andrew was about a week early, and Blake was 2.5wks, I think. I was so miserable! It's crazy to me to see you out walking around, and still working past your due date. (I was on bed rest with both!) So glad you've had a healthy pregnancy and I'm still hoping for an easy delivery!
Thanks. I am so grateful that I've been healthy and able to keep working, walking, etc. I sure do hope Dug Baby plans to arrive soon, though. I'm getting sick of work and waiting!

You look so beautiful. And Bailey is so funny looking into the fountain.
Thank you! Bailey was having a good time wandering around the fountain, looking in! :rotfl:

Wow! What a pretty neighborhood
Thanks, we really like it. There are a whole bunch of different gardens built into the walking trails. Really nice.

Lol...sorry. Caden sent that last one before I was done.
Yeah, going back to work over due sucks. Everyone is like "hey! Aren't you supposed to have a baby now??" and really you just don't want to be reminded :P
By the end I started avoiding people cause I really just wanted to get violent every time someone mentioned it. Lol.

I hope you go soon and I can't wait to see some pics of your princess!! :)
Yes, working while overdue is funny. Both Dug and I have had tons of people in the last two days give us the, "You're still here?!" variations. I've been avoiding people too. Hopefully, one of these days I won't be there...

Best of luck, your baby girl will be here before you know it! I'm probably crazy but I miss being pregnant so much! Our surprise turned out to be a beautiful baby boy. Time flies I can't believe he will be 7 weeks old tomorrow. I enjoyed being pregnant, wasn't uncomfortable or "done" in the end but definitely was sick of the " you're still here" and "you're still pregnant" comments but was so grateful to work up til the end. Enjoy your bonus time, can't wait to see pictures of your princess!

Your walk looks beautiful! Enjoy these last few days! And enjoy the time with Bailey too, such a cute pic! LOOKS like you are feeling well, hope that is the case!!

Congrats on your little prince! I've enjoyed being pregnant too. I feel very lucky that I'm still feeling good and able to work and take walks and all. But I am getting sick of going to work and getting all the comments. It's weird when everyone is disappointed to see me come to work every day.

Yes, it was a nice walk. And I'm sure Bailey thought so too...she hasn't gotten her fair of walks this summer. And I AM feeling well too, thanks!

Why don't you do what I did and plan to take a couple days off of work before the baby comes in order to have some YOU time!! LOL! Read, relax, etc.

Inevitably baby will be here the next day! :rotfl2:

I planned to take a whole week to myself before my due date, and fully relax and enjoy that time. Literally the following morning (Saturday after working Friday) I went into labor. ;)

Ok. Now I'm stalking your PTR waiting for news...

:wave2::goodvibes

Hi, stalker! :goodvibes I'm stalking this thing waiting for news too...oh, wait... :rotfl:

Nice! I wish I had the time to spare to take off work, but any time I use before she's born comes off what I get after she's born, so I'm saving it for then. And, with my luck, if I'd taken the last week off, I'd still be late and be wasting 2-3 weeks of time off sitting around the house baby-less.

General Update: We had the 41 week testing tonight, Biophysical Profile (ultrasound) and Non-Stress Test (monitoring). Everything looks great and she got 10 out of 10 for her score. She's happy and healthy and moving like CRAZY. She pretty much put on a show the entire time...I think she likes the attention! We go in tomorrow for our midwife appointment and we'll see where things are at. I think Dug Baby is a procrastinator...why be born today when you can wait till tomorrow? :rotfl:

I think Princess Isabella is realizing that she is now in charge. She is going to make everybody wait for her.

Hugs! I was "late" with my first, but DD had to come early because she kept failing those darn NSTs! (Not enough movement, she's just fine, is just easygoing!)

I hope that next time I check in, your Princess is here!!! How late will they let you go- 42 weeks?

I've had a couple people tell me that this means she's going to be stubborn. Hope not!

Maybe she knows she has a following on the DIS and is trying to build up the suspense! :rotfl:

Thanks! Yes, since things look good (and assuming they continue to look good on Tuesday's NST), they will let us go to 42 weeks. I would need to go in Thursday night (41 w 6 d) to start the induction process. Really hoping she decides to come out on her own before that!

I have a 41 week picture from today, but Photobucket keeps getting an unknown error when I try to upload it, so maybe later I guess...

You seem to be handling this way better than I did. I was pitching fits by now! You poor thing. I feel your pain, literally!

And don't worry about the stubborn thing, Caden is the least stubborn baby I've ever met. He just chills. Maybe that's why he was late, he was content where he was and didn't see any reason to get out. Same reason he never rolls. If I put him on his tummy he thinks "ok, tummy is cool!" if he's on his back he says "yeah, back time!" lol! So maybe dug baby will just be chill. :)

And good decision about saving time off for after baby is here! Wise choice!

I have to say, I have been incredibly lucky with pregnancy. I've had really minimal "bad stuff" compared to most other people, I think. So, even at 41 weeks (and a day), I feel pretty good. A little slow, a little hard to get up, some random minor aches and pains, etc., but that's about it. The hardest thing for me is knowing that Dug Baby's got a deadline approaching and doesn't seem to care. Really hoping to not need the induction.

Thank you for this! I've been saying that she's just content and complacent too. I figure I am pretty content, in general, so she may be too. Of course, the people who say "stubborn" argue with me on this theory...maybe they are just stubborn themselves! :rotfl:

I hope she's chill. Given how much she loves to move now, though, I'm afraid she's going to be super active. We'll see, though.

Each day of having to show up at work again is no fun (my days are filled with "you're still here?"s and little work, since it's all been delegated), but I really want that time with her once she's arrived. I'm really hoping not to have to go in on Monday, though...

Photobucket finally started working again, so I'll post the 41 week picture next.

Yesterday was 41 weeks:

We had our midwife appointment and reviewed the BPP and NST results and everything looked great. Dug Baby is healthy, has plenty of fluid around her, and is just enjoying hanging out inside, apparently. Not a lot of progress has been made, but I know that can happen quickly...our midwife was telling us about a patient that just had her baby the day after not being "ready" at all. Hopefully that will be the case for us.

If not, her eviction proceedings begin on Thursday night (assuming L&D is not too busy). Hoping very much to avoid that.

Plans for today include going to an apple orchard, touring a Parade of Homes Dream Home, and probably taking a nice walk through the neighborhood...it's another beautiful day out here. Hope Dug Baby decides to come out and enjoy it soon!

I hope dug baby comes on her own before Thursday! You must have a very comfortable baby! (not stubborn!)

Still no baby!! We just got back from WDW and I was hoping NOT to see an update on this TR. ;) Guessing when you disappear, I can hope for baby pics soon! Glad everything is still going well anyway. I've got my fingers crossed that she decides to show up before Thursday. Good luck!

Hoping Dug baby comes out on her own! Either way - I hope you have the world's easiest labor :goodvibes

Still good! Caden was a mover too!

And btw, you are still "cute pregnant"! I was bigger at 41 weeks. I had ceased to look cute. I also had a giant baby! Looks like you have a nice normal sized baby! :-)

Oh my goodness my Gavin was super super active and he is so laid back, such a good baby. I'm sure you're princess will be the same. Praying baby comes soon and you have a smooth labor & delivery.
