Hello everyone!

While I have the menus from DFTW, I was hoping to see some of your menus that perhaps you have customized and the pricing. We're looking to cut down our pp cost for our dinner reception. Thanks!
 
It may be a good idea to talk to your planner about this instead of (or in addition to) looking at others' menus. Prices can change. Perhaps your planner can talk to the chef and suggest lower cost alternatives to some of the dishes you already have.

If you're looking at the predesigned menus, have you thought about offering some of the RD menus as your wedding dinner? I've heard of this happening.
 
I've already spoken to my coordinator and, at this time, they aren't much help.
I'm looking into possibly using a lunch or rehearsal menu. Just hoping for some ideas of menus that have already been done. :)
 
People seem to love the Parmesan-crusted chicken, which has been offered with various kinds of sauces over the years. I think we tried it with a tomato hollandaise.

I want to mention that if you go with a lunch menu and it is served at a dinner timeframe, you will be charged higher. My son and his DW were just married at WDW two weeks ago and this is what they were told by their planner.
