Stop staring at me Phil! A Vinylmation stalking(with a side of *sparkle*)9/19 TR END!

I was so afraid I was going to be like three updates behind, and I was thrilled when I was only one. :goodvibes

What a nice day for the newly engaged couple and a great place to spend that day -- Epcot.

That sandwich from Hawaii looks really, really yummy.

And despite my dislike of Stitch, that is a great photopass pic. :thumbsup2

No worries there, I am a slow and steady TR updater :rotfl:

It was a great first day as an engaged couple, I really love EPCOT more each time I go too, I always find something new there

I think Stitch is cute, but boy do they overuse him, I wish we would see more of some other characters

We had an ADR for lunch at

This was both of our first times dining at Chefs. I ordered a glass of white wine and Tim had a yummy cocktail, I can’t remember what exactly was in it, but it was DELICIOUS! I think it may have had champagne in it.

SAM_0711.jpg

SAM_0712.jpg

We both ordered from the Prix Fixe 3 course menu.

Lobster Bisque to start…probably the BEST I've ever had anywhere!

SAM_0713.jpg

The baked macaroni with cream and gruyere cheese …yum!! But way too much to finish

SAM_0714.jpg

And for dessert we actually differed. I ordered the Profiteroles au chocolat - Puff choux with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce

And Tim had a chocolate cake that I can’t seem to find on the menu … both were really good!

SAM_0715.jpg

SAM_0716.jpg

This was probably our favorite meal of the entire trip, yes over Le Cellier even

It didn’t hurt that this little fellow came by to say hello. He was adorable!! I love that we got to see him in action. His handler said to Remy about our just engaged buttons “Those buttons mean they are not brother and sister Remy” He was so funny!

SAM_0710.jpg

After our huge lunch we continued to tour WS and I grabbed some Honey wine from Ireland…not my favorite…Tim tried it and hated it…he calls this my picture with the worst wine in the world.

SAM_0717.jpg

Had to take a cute picture of Donald and Daisy…I don’t feel like you see enough of these two around. I wanted to get a picture of us in front of it, but was a little tipsy and just snapped a picture as we walked by

SAM_0718.jpg

We played a Kim Possible mission or two while we were in WS. I am glad they changed this to a Phineas and Ferb theme, I can’t wait to play the game with Agent P now!

I was nice and rode Mission Sickness with Tim on this day…just the green side and then he did the orange side by himself. I can’t handle the rides that really spin like that one, but he loves it! While he was on the ride I bought him a Star Wars vinylmation to add to his collection. We ended up taking almost the whole Start Wars collection home that trip :thumbsup2

After some more shopping and a few more Future World rides, we headed out to DTD for even more shopping :rotfl:

We had dinner at EoS. I didn’t take any pictures, because I was on a mission to have the holiday sandwich and it was awesome of course!

Glad we grabbed a few shots of this, I hear it may be going away at least temporarily due to an accident on the one in Hong Kong

We were exhausted and headed to POP. We needed to rest up, because the next day was our last full day of the trip

What a wonderful and FULL day!!!
I like Chefs de France. I've had wonderful meals there and a few mediocre ones. Love Remy!

Amanda

Glad to hear Le Chefs was a hit! Based on your photos, all the dishes looked delicious, especially the dessert! :thumbsup2

I agree with you on the motion rides...I have to stick to the green side, as well.

I also heard about the balloon incident...at least you were able to catch it up in the air this go round!

Twinny, we really are twinnies.. I always get the exact same thing at Chefs de France. That mac and cheese is to die for. AWW! Remy! My favorite!

Eeww, the honey wine doesn't sound too tasty.

 I LOVE that you call it Mission Sickness!! You're too nice. I will ride wtih him in September so you don't feel icky, lol.

Can't wait to hear about the last day!

Mmm I love Chef's, we have an ADR there for November and I can't wait! :cool1: Remy is so cute!

OMG I can't wait for the Holiday Sandwich at Earl of Sandwich! :dance3: I have a Le Cellier ADR for lunch for our arrival day, but I need to find somewhere to squeeze in a holiday sandwich when we first get there, it's SO good!

Glad you had a great lunch and wow at it being your favourite even beating Le cellier!

Love that you guys spent time shopping at Epcot and then did some more at DTD...best way to spend time!

Great update; we've never been to Chefs (but I think Nicki has planned that for our surprise December trip for Mark's 60th). I love Remy...so cute.

I am starting to get more and more worried about my motion sickness and the cruise for our honeymoon :scared:

Yay!! Love the love of Chefs here :thumbsup2 We have it booked for the honeymoon and its sad but I plan on getting the same exact thing to eat!

I can't wait to have the holiday sandwich too...it was just that good!! soo many things I want to eat, good thing this is all after the wedding!

Oh that lunch looks yummy!

Honey wine:confused3 I will take your word for it and not try it!

Great pictures too!!

It was a sweet wine..but also syrup tasting...and a weird aftertaste :rotfl2: I still drank it all since I paid for it :rotfl:

You gotta try it!! at least once...plus remy is a great guy to meet :thumbsup2

Great update; we've never been to Chefs (but I think Nicki has planned that for our surprise December trip for Mark's 60th). I love Remy...so cute.

I hope you guys get to try it, I think you would really enjoy it!! :goodvibes

I'm still here folks I promise!!! Wedding planning, bridal showers, bachelorette party, and such took over my life for a month. I promise to finish up our TR this weekend!!

I am starting to get more and more worried about my motion sickness and the cruise for our honeymoon :scared:

I was really worried about getting motion sickness on my cruise, as well. Just remember to bring Dramomine. You can always "feel" the boat moving, but if you take some medicine, it settles your stomach. Trust me, when I was on board, we passed through a small tropical storm, and there was one night where I couldn't stand up straight due to rocking. I took some Dramomine, though, and it helped a ton. :thumbsup2

It's so exciting that your wedding is coming up! :goodvibes

Mmm, that mac and cheese looks good! I had to go back and read your Chefs part again, because I was just looking at Chefs menu yesterday and didn't see this on there. Then realized I skipped over your 'Prix Fixe' part. Too bad that's not on the regular menu.

Oh gosh...dare I ask what happened to the one in Hong Kong?!?

I will make sure to be extra stocked up on medication just in case and take some before we even get on the boat to be safe :thumbsup2 I also have some ginger candies, etc. which are supposed to help ease your stomach a little bit

I would ask if they could just do the mac and cheese, it was that good!! :)

There was an accident with the one at Hong Kong, I believe it had a leak and fell...a few people were injured but not seriously thank goodness!

We were off bright and early to AK on our last full day.

We got all the way to AK and I remembered I left my hair straightener plugged in at POP. I think at that moment Tim may have considered asking for the ring back, because I do this all the time at home too. I decided instead of extra bus rides I would call POP and ask housekeeping to unplug it. It was a process, but they agreed they would.

Before we were even in the park, I spotted my favorite Disney CM the photopass photographer!

Photo0294FourBySix.jpg

Finally I allowed Tim to go into the actual park and fairly shortly after we halted for a few more pictures. In all fairness, I like to get these pictures done early so my hair is still normal looking and while there are no lines

Photo0305FourBySix.jpg

The photographer kept telling Tim he needed to look up at her, apparently he was amazed by invisible Simba at the moment, because he wasn’t listening at all. I think the picture we ended up with was better anyway.

Photo0309FourBySix.jpg

And of course some tree pictures

Photo0313FourBySix.jpg

I liked this background, that was the first time they had us move that way over by the tree

Photo0325FourBySix.jpg

I guess this guy just runs wild everywhere, because he interrupted us again!

Photo0328FourBySix.jpg

Typically I go straight for the safari, but instead we headed towards EE. We grabbed some EE fastpasses and went to ride Dinosaur with a very short wait. I do love EE and the safari very much, but I think Dinosaur is my favorite ride at AK. It gets me every time!

Too cheap to buy the picture, but kind of wished I had purchased it!

SAM_0727.jpg

EE was great as well

AK has a lot of sidewalks to fix!!

Photo0343FourBySix.jpg

Off to find our safari..with distractions along the way!

Great update, Shannon. I often call Andy at home to check to be sure I unplugged my curling iron.:rotfl2:

And I'm with you....the earlier the photo pass pictures, the better. And yours are great.:thumbsup2

I always love seeing peoples Dinosaur pics! Especially when there are people in the vehicle that have never been on it before. :rotfl2:

I LOVE the third to last picture of you two (the one underneath the black and white) You guys look so cute!

I had to laugh about the straightner...I do this all the time until finally Shanleigh bought one that has an auto shut off! Now we just have to worry about the coffee pot:rotfl2:

Love all thepictures....I'm with you, get them as soon as you arrive cause after a couple hours....my hair is not the best!

Great pics from AK!!!

I brought some Bonine on our recent cruise but nobody needed it. I think the seas were a little rougher than usual because there was a Tropical Storm in the Gulf. We could feel the movement but it wasn't an issue. And Tom and Nathaniel are both a little sensitive to that. (Tom can't ride Tea Cups.)
