DCL transfer from MCO to PC

Hi all. I am in my anal retentive planning stage for my cruise in January Wondered from those of you who have taken Disney transfers to the port recently if they could answer my questions. If we have a flight arriving at 9:15am, know MCO well and know where to go, what is the probable earliest time we could get a transfer to PC, what boarding number do you think we will get, and what time do you think we will arrive at the terminal. I believe the DCL transfer desk opens at 8:30, with the first bus departing at 9:30. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

The earlier the bus, the lower the number, from what I understand. I think the first busses are scheduled to arrive shortly after port opening. I don't think they can get them in earlier.

I know what time the desk opens and what time the first bus leaves, but with a flight that arrives at 9:15am I won't be able to check in until 9:40 or about, so I can't take the 9:30 shuttle. More wondered how frequently do the transfers operate in the morning, is there a big rush to check in at 8:30 so that if you arrive at 9:30 or after will there be a long wait for the shuttle. Thanks.

Once the busses start running, they depart every 20 minutes or when full, whichever is first.

I thought I answered it. You won't be waiting a long time (whatever "long" is). The busses depart every 20 minutes or when full whichever is sooner. So, as long as the busses keep filling up they leave one right after the other. I'd think your wait wouldn't be more than 20-30 minutes tops.
