We have a trip planned for late November for our 27th wedding anniversary and we've finally taken the plunge from our beautiful POR to my heart's desire...Wilderness. I have a request in for a room (woods view) in the north wing on a high floor but never having stayed there (be still my heart) I was wondering about balconies. Do all the rooms on a higher floor have balconies?

I posted this a few days ago on the WL info thread but apparently that doesn't get much action so any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.pixiedust:

I believe all rooms have a balcony, but it may be a solid one. You won't be able to see anything unless you stand. Ground floor would have a patio. Check the Resort Photos thread. There are two that have lots of room pics, balconies too.
You will LOVE the WL. It is the only place we will stay. We love it there! Have a great trip!

I think all the rooms at WL have balconies.. enjoy your trip! We are leaving for WL in 4 days!

WDWKook actually answered your question over on the WL thread, you must have missed it. ;)

All WL rooms have balconies...except for 1st floor, they have patios. All balconies on 7th floor (CL) have solid balconies, so you have to stand up to see over them. Some of the 6th floor balconies are this way as well. Enjoy your stay. :)

Thank you all for the info. And no, I didn't see WDWkook's response but I appreciate the answer and I'll head over there and check it out. We're very excited. This will be our first stay at a deluxe and we're so looking forward to it. Although I love POR where we have stayed most often going back to Dixie Landing days, I have always wanted to stay at the Wilderness and 27 years of marriage seemed like a good time to start!
