ok I am about to buy my landry club card online but I was just wondering a few things before I do it. 1) Will my 25.00 welcome be on there when I get it in the mail? 2) How does the priority seating work? Do I need an ADR? Am I able to just walk in and get the next available seat? Anyone know? 3) will I ever incur another fee? TIA!!!!

I was at DTD and did not have an ADR for T-Rex and the host told me it would be about a 30 minute wait. I asked about priority seating for Landry's Select Club members and he printed me out a VIP ticket and they seated me right away. Was AWESOME.

I've been a member for a couple years now. I've received my $25 credit after spending $250 several times, and receive an additional $25 every year on my birthday month. Never ever have I incurred any additional fee of any kind. I like the program.

Awesome thank you ! Sounds like a great club to join with all the benefits! Wonder if the welcome credit and birthday credit can be used together since we will be there during my bday month ?

I checked out their FAQ and it said once you complete the online registration you will have the welcome points loaded to your card within 24hrs!

I too would love to know if you can combine the welcome reward along with the birthday reward..it allows you to use the birthday reward up to 15 days of the month after your bday and we will be there then..if so this would be AWESOME for DTD evening!

Yes, it gets on your card fast! And you can combine the birthday and welcome reward. We did that last year when we joined online.
No additional fees.

Yes you can use the birthday credit and the welcome credit at the same time. I signed up for the program three days before we were to be in Chicago for my birthday. I didn't have the card yet. I printed off my number and they were able to see both credits on my account. I ended up paying $4 for a $54 meal. Of course I tipped on the full amount. Also it says you only have to pay the membership fee once.

AWESOME!!!!! thank you so much for the info! I just bought my membership so between my swagbucks 25 card for landrys and my welcome credit and bday credit our meal and drinks will cost us $25 and a nice tip !! Woohoo!!!

OP, the seating will be shorter than just walking up, but if there are people ahead of you in line to be seated, there will be a wait. Just like with the Safari Club, it's all up to who got there before you and either has the same type of seating OR made a reservation.

We got to wait 20-30 minutes last Feb at the DTD RFC...but those just walking up were waiting an hour! Not immediate, but not bad, either.

In terms it says bday reward is in account first day of bday month and must be used by 15th of following month. My bday reward still shows in my account also so I guess I shall see next time I use my card.

I was at disney in April. Used my Landrys card to get into Yak & Yeti, Rainforest Cafe and Landrys Seafood House. Priority seating is great.

points/rewards are valid for 12 months from issue date, bday rewards expire 15th of month after bday month.

yes you would have to get him a 25.00 membership as well.

I have the old card I got at Rainforest Cafe years ago. I get priority seating and a free appetizer each time I dine. Is this card no longer valid? We are going next May/June to Disney and my Birthday is in June (as is my Daughters). Could I sign me up and her up and then we would each get the $25 Welcome and $25 Birthday Next June and we could use them together at Yak & Yeti or TRex?? Not sure if that is allowed or if she can get one - she is only 11?

I had joined the Safari Club (rainforest cafe) some years back. They automatically upgraded me to the Landry Select club. At the time I only paid $15 for it. Good Deal.

My old safari club card was changed into select club card and if I'm remembering correctly the safari club was no more as of march 2012.
