I am at the dessert party right now watching a huge lighting storm pass over the castle. It is an amazing show to watch from a dry space, but most likely no fireworks. Just for the record I called within two hours of it opening and we got a table in the front row.

Sept. 16th party of 3. Tried to call on the phone first, Sept. isn't loaded for them yet. I hung up with her and was able to book on the website!

09/13 party of 6 have been checking every few hours except today checked only once until now and realized it was open very happy to have this for our last night at WDW

Tell me I haven't messed up!!! Last night, I made my ADR for the dessert party, all they had was 8:20. I wanted 8:00 so, I just looked this morning (4:45am lol) and 8:00 was available so, I cancelled and re-booked. So I have two questions:
1. Did I mess up and possibly lose a good table to change my time (didn't think about this before chaniging)?
2. Now, my ADR for the dessert party says: conflicting reservations, please cancel unwanted ADRs. Well, I have a light dinner booked at 4:15 and then the dessert party at 8:00. Is that really conflicting, will they cancel one of my ADRs?

Ahhh of course I didn't look at this thread for a few days!!

But thankfully I got a reservation for two on September 16th. It seems like a lot of other people did too so I hope our table isn't too far back!

UGH!!!!

Point 2 is strange because I had an ADR at the Plaza for 7pm and then the Desert Party at 9pm until I was told that I really don't need to even consider dinner as the Desert Party is dinner! Boy am I going to have a sugar that night , anyhow it allowed me to book both no problems .

Sorry can't help on point 1.

It just figures...I had to spend all day yesterday getting ready for todays BBQ..then went swimming so I wore myself out and took an early night to bed and this happens. I was so excited to book this AM that I couldnt wait to come on and tell y'all!! Guess you already knew

But I did get the 3 of us booked for 9/17 so I am soooo super excited!!

I am guessing that would be a No. If you book the F! pkg. and it rains resulting on F! Being cancelled your just out of luck but you still had your meal. With theDessert Party you are let in early and you were able to eat and drink.

I do have to say since I started this thread I have never seen anyone mention the fireworks being cancelled. Tinker bell on the other hand sometimes does not fly due to high wind/weather and that is also a benefit of the Dessert Party as she flies directly overhead.

I booked September 5th for 2 yesterday. I noticed that there is still availability all week including labor day. I'm wondering if a very large group booked.

Could be one of those brazil tour groups...also they might not have opened everything up for that day, or there are lots of people checking the date at once, a lot of times it just holds the spot for a min and it loooks like its full, if its full now it prolly is booked though

I have a question do you have to pay with a cc when you make the reservation? Also what are the different times for ??
