where to send my shares info too?

i bought 5 shares a year ago, and i recently bought 15 more when there were down in price. i got a letter from halifax to show i have bought the extra 15, so who do i send it too? do i have to contact the shareholder club by phone first then send it, or can i just send it with a note of my number and address etc?

you don't do anything with your new shares information until your shareholder's club membership comes up for renewal (this is every 2 years).

I received the following e mail from DLP Shareholders Club - you basically need a signed copy of your membership form and a letter from halifax confirming you have the 20 shares - I rang Halifax and their benefits and perks team sent me the appropriate letter

"In order to become a member of the Shareholders Club, we ask you to join to your membership form a valid proof of your Euro Disney S.C.A. shares possession that should at least include:

- Your name
- The quantity of Euro Disney S.C.A. shares that you hold, and that should meet the Shareholders Club requirement (minimum 5 Euro Disney S.C.A. shares)
- Proof of shares possession written on a labelled letter from the financial institution that holds your Euro Disney S.C.A. shares, or at least validated with a stamp from that institution
- A date (closest possible, less than 3 months)

Please remember that we do not accept Internet copies of bank statement as valid proofs.

ali I think DonaldDucksWife is already a member of the shareholders club , so she doesn't need to do anything at all, and shouldn't do anything at all, until her club membership comes up for renewal.

it doesn't work that way though.
at shareholders club renewal time, you will have to give the shareholders club proof of your 20 shares total, plus complete your renewal form. You will have provide both those things at renewal time, regardless of when you sent them the proof in the first place (and regardless if you send them proof right now). You'll still have to do it all over again at club renewal time.

It doesn't matter that you can't find it as when you do renew your membership you'll have to prove that you still own the shares, they won't want to see the initial contract note again (as you could have long sold the shares). Who did you buy the initial 5 through? If you bought them through Halifax too they will be showing as a holding of yours when you log into your account as well as the 15 you've just bought. It's this that you'll need to produce as proof next year. If it wasn't Halifax, can you remember who it was through?

Also when it comes to renewing, you will have to have recent (within last 3 months) proof you still hold the shares
