in other words is it just waiting for all the fine details but we can consider the deal done -- and just a few weeks away from being a memeber?
thanks!

So the consensus is: Feel free to worry about whether or not you will actually close for the next month
Just hang in there OP - I am on my 2nd resale purchase. I was worried up until it passed ROFR (today!!! yeah!) and right after my excitement and relief waned I started to worry about closing It's silly, but we're human after all. Could something happen to thwart your purchase? Yes (those things mentioned by other posters). Is it likely? No. ROFR is the REAL hurdle. Just relax and keep on top of the deadlines and call your agent if things are not on time. Good luck!

I would not consider signing closing docs and making final payment minor details, not to alarm you but there is a poster here who's seller has been out of the country for what feels like a month.....just answering the question, good luck!
ELMC feels strongly both ways! And that's not a criticism -- I happen to agree with them.I'm going to hang out in the middle ground on this one. It's by no means a done deal yet. But I wouldn't worry about it either. How's that for noncommittal?
