Weather is very good. Hot, dry and sunny! After a cool start this morning it was 93 degrees at 5 pm.
DTD was fairly quiet. Got the resort boats to Port Orleans FQ and Riverside. Had ice cream at Ghirardelli and sodas are Earl of Sandwich.
Called ahead for a table at Manny's but still had 30 mind wait. Lots of seniors getting their early bird menu!
Shopping tomorrow and then off to PBH for 'harbour nights '.

Had a great day yesterday.
Breakfast at Perkins this time - eggs, sausage, hash browns and pancakes!
Off then to Premium Outlet mall at Kirkman Road and then to Florida Mall. Stocked up on Paul Mitchell and Kiehls products for me and Calvin Klein and Polo Ralph Lauren undies for DS. Also got some new gym gear from Gap and DH got a t-shirt and shorts from Billabong.
We then got to PBH at about 5. Harbour Night was due to start at 6.30 so we had a little wander around and then got changed. Lots of people were there early and we struggled to get a table when we checked in before 6. DH grabbed a table and then managed to get a staff member to find us a couple of chairs.
The ticket price included wines and food - so we were each given an empty glass and a wristband as we checked in, as well as a menu. There were 'stations' around the harbour - each offering a choice of white or red wine - or a particular food. Beer and soft drinks were also available.
The live music started at 6.30 and was very good. There were breaks when the regular evening opera singing from the balcony was on.
It was a fantastic night. The weather was very warm, everyone was in a good mood and the food, wine and music were all excellent.
Would recommend and definitely go again.

Just caught up - hope you enjoyed the pies at Celebration 
Very hot day today at Celebration. And lots of people and lots of pies. After 3 pieces I'd had more than enough - especially seeing people eat piece after piece after piece! I also prefer savoury to sweet and all the pies were sweet ones.
We did try to walk off at least some of the calories by going round the three lakes. Everyone we met as we walked around was so friendly and they almost all say hello. Even a group of 4 teenagers smiled and said hello - rather different from the UK, sadly.
Late afternoon we spent an hour sitting in the sun by the pool and then went to Old Town to see the entrants for the Saturday Night Car Cruise. It was very busy so we just had a look at all the cars and left before the cruise started.
By this time we were ready for something to eat so went to see if the Texas Roadhouse on the 192 had opened. It had - but it seemed like eveyone else had the same idea. It was heaving - so we abandoned that idea and went to Red Lobster instead, which was ok. Nothing special.
We did try to walk off at least some of the calories by going round the three lakes. Everyone we met as we walked around was so friendly and they almost all say hello. Even a group of 4 teenagers smiled and said hello - rather different from the UK, sadly.

Ha snap, we've been to Pie Festival today, got to agree after a few slices it became quite sickly, but all so tasty. We're also cruising about in a white Mustang!
Heading to Old Town tomorrow I believe there is a special "heroes" cruise to honour the forces!

Yes, we saw the ads for the heroes cruise, but have plans to go east today. Off to Merritt Island and Port Canaveral.

Nice (and huge!) breakfast at Cracker Barrel this morning.
Took a picture. This is just one person's breakfast!
Spent the morning and into early afternoon at Merritt Island. There is a drive-thru nature trail (I kid you not. Only in America, eh?) with an optional walking element to it. We did part of the walk - and saw this gator only a matter of a yard away from us. (Sorry about the quality - took the photo with my Blackberry phone rather than a camera).
Also saw this huge nest....
In the afternoon we went to Port Canaveral and spent a couple of hours at Milliken's Reef watching a live band and then seeing the cruise ships leave port.
Stopped off at Sweet Tomatoes at Crossroads for dinner.
Just deciding what to do tomorrow. Possibly Sea World and Aquatica.
