My contract passed ROFR in less than a month!

I got an email from the Timeshare Store yesterday that Disney had declined on the ROFR so paperwork is now being sent to my buyer. They sent the ROFR paperwork on March 27th so things are moving swiftly, which makes me very happy! Once this contract is sold I'll be down to my original OKW and the right # of points for our family right now. I hope the buyer is happy too, to hopefully be able to make a reservation soon using those points!

That's great news - I'm sure the buyers are thrilled! It's nice to get the news early - good or bad it's a long 30 days!

Thanks for the comment about Skye. When DCL provided the round kiddy pools with sod she used to sit in the center looking like a huge chocolate rabbit in an Easter basket! Silly girl.

Stephen- thank you for your sweet comment too. I really am happy for the buyers. I'm not sure if it's their first contract or an add-on but I know they are planning for years of fun and the same happy memories we have.
