Best Buffet?

In planning my first Vegas trip for next month, I know we want to do at least 1 breakfast buffet. Where would you recommend for basic breakfast foods?

And if we were to do a lunch or dinner buffet what would be a good option for that? We wouldnt be looking for anything fancy, and again, just basic foods, nothing gourmet.

My favorite for breakfast is Paris.

Lunch/dinner the Hard Rock is great but my favorite are the
two at the Rio. If you love seafood the "Village" is amazing,
otherwise " Carnival World" is the one to go to.

Get the 24 hour "Buffets of Buffets" deal and you can do both
for one price. And sample a few others along the way.

I know that's very often the case so I mentioned "Carnival World" over at the Rio. It's one of the best.

Where do you the get the Buffets of Buffets deal?

When in Las Vegas you will see ad's all over. Go into one of the participating hotels and buy it. For more info on it head over to www.google.com and type in "buffets of buffets". There will be plenty of links there.

We love the Carnival Buffet too! Haven't been in about a year, but you used to be able to get 2 for 1 dinner at the Tix 4 Tonight booths. Great deal if its still available. I think you can check their website to make sure.

Hello from Las Vegas, where we are spending the week.

For good basic foods, I recommend the Rio and Paris buffets, which others have mentioned. In fact, tomorrow night we're having dinner at the Rio Carnival World buffet.

I absolute love the buffet at The M Resort (about 5 miles south of the airport on LV Blvd). The buffet includes beer and wine in the price!

Most buffets will be fine for breakfast ... I wouldn't spend too much on them. Lots of sit-down restaurants where you can get an excellent breakfast at a reasonable price. Ellis Island is one of my favorites!!!

the wynn and bellagio buffets are the "best" but for what the OP was looking for, planet hollywood is fine and you can usually find coupons...

We've eaten at almost all of them.

Wynn has the best over all buffet.

Paris brunch buffet is amazing, I'd even take that over Wynn.

Avoid Flamingo and Harrah's.

Mirage is so-so. Bellagio is decent. Rio is fine, but once was enough for us.

DH and i have been going to vegas every august for over 15 years - have been to all the strip buffets - prefer the Paris (where we stay when we go), Planet Hollywood and Bellagio
