And I'm going to be so sad when this trip report is over. It has been one of the most enjoyable ones that I've followed!

Thank you so much! I know, I am already getting super bummed out about it ending. I totally need Disney in my life! But thank you for the super awesome compliment; there are a ton of TRs around here so I am pretty flattered it's been on of your favorites.

Thank you! I'm thrilled! And it really is a total mix of emotions. I'm excited, but it's also scary, and then of course I am sad to say goodbye to some of my co-workers at my current job. But the more it sinks in the more excited I get. I'll keep you guys up to date on how everything goes.

Thank you! And I wish I could say it's tomorrow, but, well, we'll see when the next trip is happening. I will say this big increase in income DEFINITELY helps in taking Disney trips!!

Chapter Thirty-Nine: The BEST/funniest attraction photo of our trip
Day 10: January 27th, 2012​

We caught the monorail at TTC to MK, and M and A both mentioned how they were starving because they'd skipped breakfast. Since we'd eaten a big breakfast, we told them we could take them to Casey's Corner and hang out while they ate. While they got in line, Matt and I decided to go take a few PhotoPass photos with our gloves on. We got some pretty cute poses..

Then our PP photographer said he wanted to try something funny, and had us make squishy faces with our gloves on... This resulted in ridiculous photos, hahaha.

After taking silly photos, Matt and I snagged us all a table and decided to take even more dorky pictures while we waited.

A and M both got hot dogs and fries and apparently enjoyed them immensely. I remember them both being REALLY excited about the nacho cheese for their french fries, hahaha.

After they finished eating, we made our way to Adventureland to go on Pirates, which we walked right onto. I think we chose the left which resulted in us literally walking onto our own boat, while the other line was super backed up.

I do recall us getting pretty wet this time, mainly because a cannon went off RIGHT next to me as we went through that section... and this just made me think of Marissa getting Disney water in her mouth on Pirates.. Totally something that would happen to me! Hahaha.

ANYWAY! After a fun trip on Pirates, we took M and A over to do Splash, which was a total walk on since it had begun to drizzle outside. I love how the rain totally clears out the crowds at Splash!

After a fun ride on Splash (our photo showed up for like 2 seconds before disappearing, so I didn't catch a ride photo of us on Splash this time!), we then walked on to Haunted Mansion.

I'm tellling you, Matt and I must be bad juju when it comes to getting stuck on things because we got stuck on HM! A and M were laughing and telling us we were bad luck. We got stuck by the hitchhiking ghosts, then again by the mirrors, and again by mini-Leota. We didn't mind since we love HM so much, but we definitely thought it was funny we got stuck AGAIN.

After riding HM, we went to Tomorrowland to get some lunch. Matt and I both got chicken nugs (or as Tom Haverword would probably call them, chicky chicky nug nugs), and A and M split their own chicken nugs. It was pretty busy, so I didn't get any photos, but trust me, it was delicious. Disney chicken nugs are ALWAYS delicious!

We walked out of Cosmic Ray's, and we went to get Space Mountain FPs. A and M had to run to the bathroom, so Matt and I told them we'd meet back up with them in a few because I wanted to go say hi to Rachel, who I'd been texting with all morning!

We met near the tea cups and chatted for a bit.. and FINALLY GOT A PHOTO OF US TOGETHER! YES, it only took us like 3 tries, but we DID IT!

We chatted for a bit longer, gave hugs and said our goodbyes, as it was Rachel and her family's last day at the parks. BOO! I wish we'd had more time to hang out; she is just one of those gals I clicked with from the start!

We headed back over to meet up with A and M, and headed on to Space Mountain to use our FPs... Okay, I think I might've mixed this up and we grabbed the FPs BEFORE we ate lunch.. That would make way more sense time-wise!

Anyway, on our way to SM, I told everyone to give me their park tickets and I'd run over to get us all Buzz Lightyear FPs. M's card wouldn't work ANYWHERE (she had problems getting into every park).. We realized it was because her magnetic wallet demagnetized her ticket... So it took me a few extra minutes to get the FPs, ha.

After I got back, we went on Space Mountain and I somehow got put into the VERY front of our little spaceship. I've never been in the front of the spaceship.

Holy frijole. THIS. WAS. TERRIFYING! I seriously must've nearly flew out of my seat 3 times. At one point I let go of my bar because I thought it was safe, and suddenly got jerked to the left after the orange tube (please tell me someone knows what I'm talking about!)...

Needless to say, I am never doing the front AGAIN, haha.

We got off and I was aaallll set with riding again, but A and M really wanted to and I just couldn't say no. The wait was relatively short, but I know it wasn't a walk on because we actually got to play the video games you see in the queue (which I'd never played before!)...

This time M sat in the front, with me behind and Matt behind me. This amazing photo happened, and the reason it's so amazing is that Matt and I did NOT plan to both pose this way! We both cracked up that we'd posed the same exact way without knowing it!

We then decided to use our FPs for Buzz Lightyear, where Matt totally destroyed me!

As we walked off and looked for our ride photos, I keeled over laughing and could not breathe. This was the resulting picture...

I turned to Matt who was laughing and told us that he wanted to make a really ugly face just to see my reaction at the end, because I had no idea he'd done that while we were riding! We are seriously the kings of making the worst faces on ride photos.. But this one totally took the cake!

We headed out towards the hub, where M and I took a photo together in front of the castle...

At this point we went our separate ways, as A and M wanted to check out HS (since they were only doing a one-day tour of the parks), and Matt and I were wanting to rest for a bit before grabbing dinner.

They took a bus back to the Swan and Dolphin, and we headed back to Beach Club. On our way back to the room, we stopped by the gift shop and promptly bought this, which Matt then modeled on our walk back to the room, hahaha..

We came back to these two being all BFFs..

In the next update, you get a glimpse of our trip (up to this point) through the eyes of PhotoPass photographers... then we're heading to dinner at a place I've been dying to try, and have one festive night out!

I am dying laughing over those photos on Buzz ... My friends and I have done some pretty silly ones, but these top them. HILARIOUS. I will tell you, though, at Halloween my Mom and I saw a picture of a kid dressed as Jabba the Hutt riding Buzz. I was CRACKING up for hours after that. Quite possibly the funniest thing I've ever seen.

Anyways, this TR is SO awesome ... I basically sit on the edge of my chair waiting for the next update. You have such a great way of writing - can't wait to read even more!

Parks and Rec reference! WOOT!! (And a side note, does anybody actually SAY "WOOT!?" I mean, say it out loud? Because I've seen it typed so many times, but never heard it being said out loud. I might start that.)

LOVE the big-handed photo session. Who wouldn't?! You'd have to be crazy not to adore the squishy-face photos.

Don't knock the ladies for a cheese sauce infatuation. Some people are obsessed, okay!?

Matt's face? CA-LASS-IC! He's fierce. He should have attempted that face WITH that apron, but that might have been too much to handle. If I had that apron, I might be tempted to cook. Maybe.
