I hope it is okay to say this, but there is a Tokyo resident who posts on the collectibles/duffy boards on micechat.com that regularly does shopping trips for people who want her/him to pick up Duffy items from the parks. He/she charges a convenience fee but otherwise there are no markups. People have posted that it comes out a lot less than ebay.
