I've done maybe six rentals on Redweek.com over the past 10 year. What I do is get a sign on as a guest (no fee) to see the resorts, weeks, and prices. Then if I see something I would like to rent, I pay the $15 fee to join and make arrangement with the owner. I've always only done one rental a year, so the $15 fee is something I've had to pay each time (a cost of renting).
In your case you can just set up a guest account, no fee, and see all the rentals that are out there on the site for Bonnet Creek and other resorts too (if you would be interested in anything besides that one). Then if and only if you want to rent one of these you can join.
Because these are timeshare properties not private rentals I can find out a great deal about them on other sites and know right away if I'm interested or not. (Hate to add another $15 a year fee for you, but I also belong to TUG2.net a timeshare users group). On this site there are ratings and detailed reviews of timeshares. This site gives me all the information I need to know if I'd be interested in renting. Note too that TUG2.net has a classified ads section too and you don't have to be a member or pay a fee to access that and contact owners to rent. I've rented off of that site too. // In your case you may already know what you want is Wyndam Bonnet Creek, so this may be a moot point.
Usually when I'm on the Redweek.com site I have a specific week in mind, know what I think would be reasonable price wise, and just grab a great property if it comes up (I like to try different ones, but have found I've rented some of the larger ones more than one time mostly because great rentals at these are readily available, and they were so nice that I just go with a repeat stay when I see a deal.)
