Glad you were able to capture just the one word. I've always wondered who is behind the religious skywriting and how much money have they wasted?!

The Marketplace bus stop refurb was HORRIBLE. I will wander down to the rest of DTD, but my family NEVER does so it was a big pain for us. End complaining.

EARL OF SANDWICH HECK YES. It is just so delicious. Sounds like the Art of Disney needs to check on their CMs. I did notice that several times I had to ask if I could have my purchases sent back. Actually almost every time I bought something that I wanted sent back I had to ask. They used to ask you every time, but I must have had bad luck this trip.

I love the posters and prints.

You guys would get along well with my dad. I think he managed to get 3 sundaes from there over the week.

The Gauntlet! Woohoooo! DUG! He is so cute, and I love seeing him peeking out of your backpack.

I adore Wilderness Lodge. We actually stayed and the Villas the previous time we visited WDW, and I love it. It's no OKW or BCV, but it was nice and I enjoyed being able to walk right into the lobby of WL. Honestly sometimes I forget to mention it when I'm talking about DVC villas.

The geyser pictures are just too cute! I'm glad you're good at math and remembered that Star Wars + Muppets = love. Because it does.
I definitely had one of those coonskin caps from Frontierland as a child. I thought I was awesome because hello, my hat has a raccoon tail. Beaver Butt?!

Whispering Canyon is just a fun place and I still remember a waiter using my ponytail as horse reigns once. Both of your entrees look delicious, but Matt's is making my mouth water!! I'm dying over the story with the waitress. Even though I don't know Matt very well, I can totally picture this happening!

What a sweet little girl!! I hope Riley gets over her shyness and will do adorable things like that one day.

Your hoodie is adorable and I highly considered buying it, but convinced myself I didn't need anymore hoodies. The photos of the sun kissed sky over the lake are amazing!! Wow!

What a relaxing end to a relaxing day in Disney. I hate dirty socks too.

Ya know, I personally love Toy Story Mania. I think it's SO much fun. BUT I think the main reason it's so popular is that it's pretty much the only RIDE at Hollywood Studios that any kid can enjoy.

Yes, I like the book too! In high school we had to write a paper in Senior English doing a book vs. movie comparison and a bunch of detailed stuff between the two. Anyways I picked The Shining, and got the highest score in the class on the project.

That is awesome. That would be the coolest project to be able to do that. You chose a good one! I totally had nightmares the first time I read the book!

Day 3: Jan. 20th
Hobo birds love delicious Market Place pastries and I'm sure I would too! Matt's shirt is complete awesomeness today!

At first he was disappointed because he wanted the Haunted Mansion one and they don't have it anymore.. but then we saw these and that made up for it. I love that they made these ones so cute!

Don't even worry about the PP thing! It's awesome in itself that you're doing it for all of us, no rush at all! I just didn't want to wait to start my TR before I got them. I figure I'll post the best photos later on once I have the CD!

Your hat is so precious! That towel is awesome! Anything with the Brer critters on it is a winner in my book. Such sweet CMs too.

Yes, I love both items! I like using my Splash Towel now because it makes me happy. And the CMs were so funny!

CHH nom nom nom. We had it for the first time this trip and loved it! Especially my momma. She asked to go back on our last day to get more fish and shrimp! Wise choice to go back to the room and take care of the grumps! Perfect Mickey charm too!

I really loved it, too! Our first meal wasn't great since we were in poop moods, but our second meal there was a lot better!

Getting stuck on Splash Mountain. I remember getting the text from you saying you guys were stuck. That video is kind of priceless. It is SO loud, and you guys get major props for not killing anyone. At least they finally turned the noises off and you guys took very entertaining pictures for me to enjoy.
Basically, if people were respectful and nice, you could have been on your way. It must have been cool to see some backstage areas, to get the fastpasses and to pee after holding it for eternity!

Haha it was so bad but now it's kind of hilarious! I don't know how we didn't kill anyone, seriously. Glad you enjoyed my video and photos though! And yes, people should've just not been turds. The backstage area was weird to see but also like.. not what I expected. It was a hallway with stairs then we were outside in a parking lot. The end. Wompwomp.

Ugh no kidding, what a PAIN that was. I just wanted EoS and to have to walk was making me sad. But the walk ended up being worth it!

I do like it a lot! And if it wasn't always so busy I would probably go on it way more often. Thank you! TSMM is fun when there's no line or you have an FP, but otherwise we just skip it. We waited one time (our first time on it ever) for 45 minutes and yeah.. We didn't do that again.

I didn't even know there is a Pirates game like TSMM at Disney Quest! I'll have to remember that if we do waterparks and more passes next trip!

Also side note, I grew up near Quincy on the South Shore (Abington to be exact, though we lived in Weymouth with my Mom for a little while).. Very close by!

Yay! I'm caught up again! I was out for a couple of days with a migraine, and a Disney boost is just the kind of uplift I need to start my weekend.

I've decided that I HAVE to go to the Boardwalk and walk around. It looks gorgeous! Thank you for the Princess Bride reference. I had such a huge crush on Wesley growing up! That's one of those movies that I think I have the entire script memorized, and the book is every bit as fantastic!

I love the art that you got in Downtown Disney! I especially like the Donald, Mickey and Minnie in front of EE. How can anyone help smiling when they're looking at a picture like that? I'm sorry about the rude CM.

I think everyone tends to forget about them for some reason. I don't know why because it was nice! It was also a nice change to not be spread out like at OKW and to be in a traditional hotel layout. Just take the elevator down and you're right at the bus stops!

Haha oh my gosh that is SO funny! I had no idea you shot with a D40! You know, for an "old school" camera, it really does get some excellent shots! Yours are beautiful! I need to add some new lenses to my bunch. I've had my eye on the 35mm for awhile, I'm hoping at some point I can get it. I love my nifty 50 but dealing with manual focus is kind of a pain sometimes! I'd like to upgrade as well but it'll probably be awhile!

It makes me think of my Dad singing it to me when I was a little kid and you know how you can get emotional about that stuff... So it was definitely for the best that we just kissed! Technically we celebrate our anniversary a bit late during our trip, but since we only travel in January to Disney, that's when we celebrate! I think it's okay to celebrate whatever the heck you want on vacation!

You guys are so much fun coming up with the Gauntlet! So far it looks like you were having a blast doing it. I can hardly wait to hear how the rest of the day went!
