Prepaying Tips

We booked and paid for our cruise last June and are due to sail this September. Our dollar is really good against the USD at the moment, so it makes sense to prepay the tips. How do we do this? Being from overseas, do we have to ring a help desk or something? I'm going round and round in circles on the DCL site and can't even manage to log on to our reservation at the moment (human error, we can't recall the password or the logon ID). Does DCL have a number we can call that's not a Freephone?

The yen is strong too and so I too wanted to prepay the tips ( and did )

So you can either e-mail them ( with your reservation info/numbers ) and request it. or you can call them.

To add your tips, you would need to call DCL directly and have them added.

A Freephone is a 1-800 (I think you call them in the US), you can call anywhere in the States on the number for free. I just need a regular number as I'm outside the US and Freephone's don't work outside the country they are intended to be used in.

If you booked thru a travel agent, you will need to go thru them to pre-pay the tips. If you booked directly, you can contact DCL by e-mail and they will provide full instructions.

If you wish, you can add additional money to your onboard account--again to take advantage of the exchange rate.
