I was on the 1/8/12 cruise and it was amazing! Melanie, Rodrigo and Eddy were the concierge team and they were so friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond, as far as I'm concerned! The concierge lounge is definitely an improvement over the individual concierge system. On our family cruise in 2010, my parents were on the other side of the ship and they only saw their concierge twice. Our concierge (my sister's family and my brother and I shared suites on the opposite side) did more for them than theirs did. With the team and the lounge, everyone has access to great concierge service and an opportunity to find someone they connect with.

it booked on the Fantasy June 9th and I'm trying hard to talk my Dh out of it after reading this thread! It just doesn't seem worth it. If we cannot order a proper cocktail during the happy hour then it's all for nothing!

Not sure what you mean by "proper cocktail," but the bartender will get to know your likes and will make you whatever you want, within reason. Tell him ahead of time, and he'll be prepared.

Wonderful room! Great verandah. Close to the concierge lounge. Very convenient.

We have it booked again for next July.

You're welcome! We did like the room, even though we really didn't spend much time in it! The pictures I have give you a pretty good idea of how tight it is with the pull out couch open to get to the balcony. I would definitely recommend this cabin to watch the fireworks from...awesome view right out on the balcony!

sorry the last few were so big...I threw in one from the character meet & greet in the concierge lounge and one from the deck outside the lounge with the cool chairs! I tried to get a different angles of the balcony so you could get an idea of the depth, but we had 2 lounge chairs & 2 smaller chairs with a little coffee table out there.

It was like a sandwich cookie and the stick was actually a chocolate curl that melted before I realized what it was.
