I can't find much info on items sold at Conch Flats General Store. Do they sell pastry items for quick breakfasts? DO they sell 1/2 gallons of milk and other basic items?

Yes, the store sells most basics, refrigerated, frozen, boxed and canned. The brand variety isn't too large, but there are plenty of items adequate for snacks and/or meals.

All DVC resort stores have a grocery section. The member website has links to the grocery lists for each resort.

also... what is the mark up in the stores? similar to picking things up in a 7-11?

Yes...I am excited about Flower and Garden because we have not been during this time period since 1998 !

And yes, I'd say comparing the prices to 7-11 about right.
I guess you have to pay the price for convenience.

that's not bad at all considering the convenience! I would rather run in there and pick up misc items then constantly running to the supermarket. I can see us running out of milk with eight of us going on a daily basis! Plus there selection looks really nice! (I noticed the wine selection also!!!!) Yes... the patio is looking better and better all the time!

Yes. The selection of grocery options is pretty standarized at all DVC resorts.
