Anyone willing to post photo of 2011 DVC ornament?

Maybe there is one posted on one of the Doorway to Dreams threads and I missed it. We aren't going to WDW in December this year so we won't be able to get an ornament but I would love to see what they look like. Thanks!

I stopped at a Doorway to Dreams store today, Tuesday, and picked mine up. They checked the computer and saw that I haven't didn't get one from last year, so they surprised me with a 2010 ornament as well.

I wish I had a place I could stop and get one or two. I keep mine up year round. I haven't been to a MMM in over 3 years since my DH started running and we were going during the marathon instead of in December.

The ornament is very nice. I didn't know that DVC had dated ornaments.

Wish they would send out an ornament to every member or if a member didn't want one, they could opt out of getting it. I was able to get one the first year we joined DVC in 1995, since then I have been buying them on Ebay.

I'm at such a loss. What is the DVC ornament? We bought resale and I swear I'm seen as unwashed scum by Disney ... Not my fault I found a deal. But at the end of the day, I still see myself as a DVC member and would love to know about this stuff. Hmmm.., in the end I guess saving about 15k means I'll feel like the red-headed step child. What is the value in that?

Do you have your own DVC member card with your name on it? Has the property been transferred to you or are you using it through someone you're paying but it's still theirs? Once you are signed on, you should get a card as any other member. If you start getting lots of promotional junk in the mail, you'll know you're officially in.

You are a DVC member! The only time we got an ornament (we've bought several times direct) was when we attended the Epcot Merry Member Mixer.
The ornament is not something you get just because you own DVC.

It is not given to members unless they are able to attend a Holiday Member Mixer at WDW or recently at the Door Way to Dreams locations. I'd believe that the majority of members whether they purchased resale OR direct miss out on this one.
