Christmas decorations going up at SSR

Walked over to pick up breakfast this morning and was delighted to see CMs working on decorations outside Carriage House. The lobby is finished and gorgeous.

The holiday soundtrack is not playing yet though. Do they wait until after Thanksgiving to start that? It's so beautiful....my favorite of those I heard.

We love it here as always. The trees have really grown since we last stayed which makes it even more beautiful.

Great villa, great location...we're happy campers.

We were at the parks over the weekend and the decorations were up here and there, but not yet everywhere. Also, in some places they were playing Christmas music (like near the International Gateway). It was a little strange, to have it be a bit hit or miss.
Are all the Christmas decorations usually up by Thanksgiving?

Good to hear! I will be checking in to SSR on 11/29 and can't wait to see it all. I haven't been down to see the decorations in more than 10 years. Hope the weather is great too!

That's what I've noticed in the parks as well. We haven't been to DAK but at the other parks, the large trees are up and the restaurants in which we've dined are decorated. Main Street seems totally decorated.

I think SSR is completely decorated. The entrance is darling, the boat dock is decorated. I think resorts are still decorated completely once started other than things like the Gingerbread house at the GF.

It is warmer than usual here right now although I heard last week was cool. Have a great trip!
