Saratoga Springs building layout

Does anyone have a map of SSR that shows the floor layouts with room numbers? I'm regretting not calling the front desk to report someone smoking in the room next to ours, yesterday. Trying to figure out what the room number was so I can send an email to member satisfaction. (We were in the process of loading the car to leave for the airport when I saw them, and I didn't take the time to walk around the hall to look at their room number. Wishing I had, now, because the more I think about the next guests getting a smoke-smelling room, the more upset I get.)

It's too late now. What do expect them to do and what if you report the wrong room number?

Maybe this map will help you. It's generic for each building.

Thanks, that's exactly what I was looking for.

What do I expect them to do? I expect they'll do absolutely nothing -- just like Disney always does when it would come to actually confronting a guest about a rule. On the off chance they might, even a day late, I sent an email to member satisfaction reporting what I saw.

And as there's only one balcony to the left of the room we were in, not much chance of getting the room number wrong.

As long as you know that nothing will probably be done. :sad2:

Member Satisfaction can take 3 days to work on emails and I doubt that they will contact the resort.

A few months ago we were at SSR and a Guest moved one of the fabric, stuffed chairs outside on the patio. It rained on and off for a few days and everyday, I would make contact to report the chair being ruined in the rain. My first call was from the phone outside the elevator. The person who said they were from the Front Desk actually asked me what I expected them to do. I told them that I expected them to contact the Guest or at the very least remove the chair. I asked to speak to the Manager and the phone was disconnected.

My second attempt was at the Front Desk and they took the info and said they would take care of it.

My third attempt was with Mousekeeping and they told me that it was a Maintenance issue and they would forward my complaint. They also didn't seem to understand that it wasn't our chair.

Finally 5 days later the chair disappeared, I suspect because the Guest checked out.

Member Satisfaction thanked me for the info and said that they would make contact with the appropriate business partner.
