? about using last TS credit before switching resorts

I understand you have until midnight on the day you check out but I want to make sure I am not going to run into a problem using our last TS credit. We will check out and then check in to our new resort but not use that last TS until dinner time. (meaning we will already be checked into our new resort) Will the credit still remain on our first reservation or does that somehow cancel out because we would be checked in our new reservation?
Does that make sense?
We are not doing the dining plan on our 2nd ressie, hence the reason I am trying to plan this out.

You should be fine. Your first KTTW card will be deactivated as far as access to the room, but would still be good for any DDP credits (through midnight of check out day), as well as any park days you have left ;).

I would suggest hitting up concierge or Guest Services at some point in the afternoon of the switch. Just to make sure that the credits are still active. There have been reports (though none recently) where the credits were deactivated at check-out time rather than end of day.

That's a really good idea, and something I should have mentioned that we do, too. We checkout (going to the actual checkout desk and doing a physical checkout instead of relying on express checkout), then go directly to the concierge desk to get a printout of your DDP credits. Just a little extra insurance against things possibly going wrong.
