Vegan Dining at IOA/US?

Help!

My DD has dairy & egg allergies and so she usually eats vegan meals when we're out to be safe. Has anyone had any positive experiences/reviews of vegan food at ANY restaurant at either IOA or US?

Looking at the menus of the restaurants, I'm really at a loss...does anyone have any experience?

I'm vegan and unfortunately, can't give you much hope for IOA or US. We always just go to one of the CityWalk restaurants. We're trying Mythos on our next trip in November; hoping I don't just have to eat salad but we'll see.

On our recent trip, I noticed that the restaurants seem to be making a better effort at alternative food options. Confisco's now has a gluten free menu, Mythos has listed on its menu which meals can be prepared gluten and vegetatian. When we ate at Three Broomsticks, they were able to tell us which foods we could and couldn't eat with a dairy allergy. When we ate at Mythos the waiter was able to tell us that the bread was not dairy free and the peanut sauce on the Pad Thai was also not dairy free. I can't give you specifics on a vegan diet but I do know that there seems to be an improvement in options in other areas.
