Ok! Please help me out with this one!

I still have not purchased the dining plan yet Plan to do so tomorrow. Because I haven't purchased the plan when I made my reservations I had to reserve some via credit card. 2 I had to pay in full out of pocket. CRT and HDDR. I know that I will get them taken care of at the restaurant. HOWEVER, my concern is when I made the reservation way back when it was for 5. Since then Dsil can no longer go so we are a party of 5. Am I going to have a problem with them refunding for the 5 people since only 4 will be showing up for dinner? If it is a problem how do I go about and rectify this? (there is no availablity for either CRT or HDDR for the time and days I have selected.

After purchasing the dining plan, I would than contact disney dining and see if they can convert those tables of five to tables for four and put it on your dining plan. While there may not be availablilty they might be able to downgrade your table (drop a person).

I've never had an issue asking for an ADR to be changed to 1 less person. One time I had to do just that for California Grill. From what I understand, if we had shown up with 1 less without making the change, I could have been charged $20 for the person who didn't show.
