Mother Daughter Free Trip

So excited. We leave on Monday for our 6th annual Mother Daughter Trip. We knew this year we wouldn't be able to go.

But about 10 days ago my hubby got his SWA statement. We had two fee tickets, how did we ever miss that!

So I checked with DVC and they had a mix of days at SSR and OKW and I booked two nights at All Star Sports with an AP rate. Well over the next week I kept checking and was able to get the full stay. I cancelled All Star Sports for two nights on the last day I could cancel.

Now staying 4 nights at Saratoga Springs and 4 nights at Old Key West. Yeah we only have to switch one time.

The airfare since they were Rapid Rewards I got terrible times but after changing flights four times . We now arrive on our first day at 10:30 am. and depart at 4:30 p.m. on our last day. So happy originally we arrived at night the first day and left early morning.

My hubby has been out of work since January like most other people and we never thought this could happen. But my DH said if I could get the flights and DVC (we have annual passes that are still good). I could go with our DD14.

Only need to cover food which I have a bunch of Disney gift cards and rebates that will cover it all.

Didn't want to take savings to cover a trip when we are using it for our living expenses.

Thanks so much. We really enjoy our special little trip each year. April is a great time for a trip too. You might be able to do annual mother daughter trip. My daughter loves it and it gives us time together before she returns to school.

So happy. Having just come back from a trip with girls only, including both my DD's, I can say they are worth their weight in gold.

So nice other Moms are taking trips with their girls, I love it! I am so glad we could work it out too.

Although last week we replaced the transmission in our van. Thought we were good. Now the refrigerator only 14 months old is leaking water all over the new cabinets. Its a weekend and we don't have an extended warranty. I am very frustrated as I feel like bad things keep happening.

I will be happy to be gone for nine days just trying to get this fixed before I leave I know the savings is taking another hit
