Disney Dining Journal/Survey w/ $25 GiftCard Reward!

I have a question. When I went to Disney last(in June) Disney survey workers approached my Dad and ask him if he would fill out a dining journal for our stay. We were supposed to fill in all extra costs that we spent on our vacation, even souvenirs. This is a Dining Plan specific journal but there was a non Dining Plan option. It had a green cover and was actually a lot of work!!!

If you sent it back in to Disney they would send you a $25 gift certificate. Has anyone does this?? I sent mine in a while ago- 5 weeks ago and haven't received my gift card yet. If anyone has done this how long did it take for you to receive the gift card?

We went to disney in may....Filled it out within two weeks of getting home, and from the time we mailed it , to the time we got it back it was just about a month, give or take.



Cool way to relive the eating experiences, AND $25 giftcard?? Why not?
So worth it.

Was it a Disney gift card or a Visa giftcard?

It took about 6 weeks for us to get ours. Hopefully you will get it soon.
