Which would you cancel?

It seems I have one too many booked for our trip since we have the dining plan. Which would you cancel?

dinner at Captain Grille
lunch at Tutta Italia
dinner at Kona Cafe (this is the only one we tried before)
dinner at Sci Fi
dinner at Grand Floridian Cafe
dinner at Boma
breakfast at Cape May Cafe

I disagree with the others about Sci Fi. I would keep this one for sure. The atmosphere is so much fun for the kids. Food is simple but its yummy. Never had a bad meal here. Looking at your ressies, it doesnt seem as thou you have a lot of places with a fun atmosphere for the kids. (im not referring to the food at all, just the atmosphere). This is why i'd keep Sci Fi. That would give the kids 2 fun places to eat.

Another option is to keep them all and pay OOP for Sci Fi. Its cheap enough...you could share meals or even just order appetizers.

Out of all of them, I would cancel either GF Cafe or Kona.

I'd cancel Sci-Fi also. I LOVE the setting, but the food isn't that special.

Don't know which resort you're at but I'd cancel either captains grille ir GF cafe, both are glorified coffee shops. Have never eaten at Boma or Tutto but they both get great reviews here. Sci fi is fun for lunch, idk if I'd do a dinner there unless you just want a studios ts meal for dinner. Kona has a decent steak, I have it booked for dinner for us as we are staying at the poly this time. Good luck!

Another vote to cancel Sci-Fi. Good atmosphere, but I'm kinda meh on the food. However if you still need another meal over and above your CS credits, then I'd keep it but pay OOP for it, since it would probably be one of the least expensive TS meals.

Least expensive at lunch but dinner is pretty close to some of the other places depending on what you get.

Without knowing your touring plans each day, I'd pick Kona solely because you've done it before and I don't like repeating until I have to. With the exception of Tutto and Sci Fi, all your meals are at resorts which can be time consuming to get to if you have a busy day planned. So that might help you in deciding which one to cancel too.

Given the ages of your kids, you might want to skip out on Sci-Fi. Although the atmosphere is worth trying once, I don't know how the younger ones will react to some of the movie clips. Also, you would have to consider that the seating is like cars, basically each car has 3 rows, each row can fit 2 adults, but to sit 1 adult and 2 kids in a row and 1 adult and the other kid in another row, it could get really tight for the three to be in 1 booth (it has been done but it is tight). In other words you won't be sitting all together, which might not be something you want.

Keep on mind though that there are some stretch tables that are like enclosed tables, they actually have chairs. I'll try to fund a picture.

I disagree about Sci-Fi, we love that place. We ate at Grand Floridian Cafe last year and didn't really have a good experience so my vote would be to cancel that. The food was okay but the atmosphere left something to be desired and didn't feel very Disney to me, and on top of it we had a really rude server. Just my .02

Just wanted to add one thing: keep in mind that 3 kids can easily fit in one bench at Sci Fi. Esp since your two youngest are 3 & 5. With the 2 adults in the back seat, it should workout just fine.

I'd cancel GF cafe. Been to Sci-Fi twice and love it, mostly for the atmosphere, but the food's not bad either.

Dinner at Boma because the non dessert items or food items are way too sweet to our liking. They use alot of cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, cardomon and other sweetish spices

Of course, without knowing OP and the kids personally, you don't know how the 3 & 5 year old are going to react to some of the clips, especially without a parent sitting next to them. However, like rcraw said, there are some booths that run sideways along the cars that OP could request but may not get without a long wait.

I would keep Sci Fi becasue it is something different.
