Reading the FB page about growing out your beard for a Pirate look thought we could post up some photos of MNSSHP costumes.

Here are the boys and I and yes I grew the beard out just for the party.

I don't think we're going to be nearly as ambitious. Though The Bug says she's going as Kim Possible, and wants to dye her hair orange for it (I don't think that's going to be allowed, as she'll likely be having school pictures taken shortly after we get back from our trip).

My hubby and I are going to be pirates. He usually sports a goatee, but just shaved it off. I will have to have him re-grow it. LOL

It is an Irish Mickey head, tell him he needs to get you to book a trip for the first week in Nov. and hunt me down in the parks. You can make a game out of it "Where in Disney World is Capt. Barbosa".

Here are a few MNNSHP pics from a few years ago. The kids had a blast.

We did BBB at MK, but nit the night of MNSSHP. The girls had a great time, and my oldest (9) dd will still put in her hair extensions from there.

From one Captain to another. My theme this year was Captain Jack on vacation. Was I Jack Sparrow or Jack Skelton? Only you can decide that one ......

Yes, those are different children.

It was about 2 1/2 or 3 months growth. I trimmed it once to even it up. I loved having the braided beard, but doubt I will let it grow that long again and would probably have looked better on a white shirt background. It had even more food trapped in it than before. I'm tempted to get my knife and trim it now.
