Hi, would someone know if the view from a one bedroom villa is any better than a studio view? Or are are villas categorized as the same view unlike the BC resort itself. Thank you.

The views in the villas are the same for studios and 1brs.

We stayed in a studio and had a great view of the pool. There are no catagories for views all you can do is make a request.

This was our wedding trip so had a little magic from the front desk although we did have to wait for our room.

Hope this helps.

The views are really not that great at BCV..Rooms face..the quiet pool, the woods( with Epcot behind them and a service road in between) and the driveway of the BC resort.

We're checking out today from villa 529. Our view is of the trees, however, at night we have a view of the Epcot fireworks. it is a good view for the villas.

But there is no way to request that view. It's just the luck of the draw. And all requests are just that. Not guaranteed and not a booking category.

True but it wouldn't hurt to request the room on the reservation or request it at checkin. We've had very good luck doing this. My friend suggested 529 and we requested it at check in. Of course it isn't guaranteed But we've done it several times over the years at different DVC resorts and have had the request granted every time.

I don't think there's a "bad" view or a "great" view at BCV.

We are checking into BCV on Thursday :cool1: (staying in a studio) and did request the highest floor possible facing the trees in hopes to catch a glimpse of Illuminations. I know it is only a request, but I am just wondering is there any view that is just down right horrid? One of my favorite things to do at the resort is take advantage of the balcony either early in the morning with my cup of coffee or at night when the kids go to bed, I would hate to have be looking at a roof or something of that nature while trying to enjoy my balcony. I know I am in Disney whether I have a great room view or not, and won't be too mad at what I did or didn't get....it was just a curiosity question.

The driveway view we had a few times was awful..Sat on the balcony and got a face full of car fumes. We were in a 1bdr villa Rm 303 a few times and that was the view
