Why is it taking so long.......

T minus 12 days until our arrival at AKL. Seems like 50 days. Why does the last two week DRAG so much?????????

I wish my 7 day stay would DRAG but it usually flies by...

I know exactly what you mean. We will be there in 8 days and the time is ticking away ever so slowly. Luckily we do have some things planned before we leave so hopefully that will help. As we were coming home from Easter Dinner at our friend's house, my DD9 out of the blue blurted out in a whining voice "Disney is taking FOREVER!!!!!!!" We all cracked up laughing after that

I know how you feel! My birthday is on Monday and it feels like it is taking forever, but because I'm off tomorrow and Saturday and have a couple of short shifts, it's going to fly by. Regarding my trip, time is going by so slow. It's in 12 days as well.

I don't know - we leave in just over 3 weeks and I keep thinking, "wait! slow down a little! I have a lot to do between now and then!" With Easter being so late, and now we have the kids' end-of-the-year activities stacking up, I'm trying to figure out when I can get everything done I need to do! And, as much as I LOVE being at Disney World, and as much as I CAN'T WAIT for vacation, I do love the planning and anticipation, so there's always a tiny bit of sadness that that part of the trip is ending.

I know the feeling. I think I was all packed for my Disney trip 2 weeks before the trip and went nuts having nothing else to do to plan for the trip. Drove the boyfriend nuts by randomly giggling and saying, "I'm going to Disney World." Those last 2 weeks were probably worse for him than they were for me...lol!

I've been waiting since last summer to go on this trip. Well, more like 11 years. I've been wanting to go back since my first trip.

You can do it! I believe in you! It will be here before you know it!

I feel your pain....I have just three weeks to go and it seems like I have been saying that forever!

I feel your pain! We are at T-10 days and can do on-line check in starting today. I tried to do so this afternoon but it does not seem to be working. Just making my frustrations at the time moving so slow worse. LOL

We can't wait to get out of the cold up here in the north and get some of the Florida Sunshine on our faces.

I'm working my last 11pm-7am shift right now. In just two hours my vacation officially starts. I got my haircut three days ago and got a manicure/pedicure two days ago. My nail tech painted the cutest Mickey Mouse and fireworks on two of my fingers and on my big toes.lol I did some repacking yesterday. This morning as soon as I get home I'm checking in for our flight (or I may check in here at work before I leave) and we fly out Saturday at 0643am. By 10:09am tomorrow we'll be in Orlando. Our packed bags are sitting in my computer room and all I have to add are our cell phone chargers and add my driver license, insurance cards, and credit cards to the wallet I'm carrying. I paid all my bills for the month yesterday. So there is nothing left to do. We're down to counting down the hours, but it still seems like forever.
