Sea World Shows

Can someone tell me which are the best shows at Sea World. We have only a half day at the park and since we've never been we have no idea. Which ones should not be missed?

I would say Shamu (whatever they are calling it now) and Clyde and Seamore (especially if you have kids). Go early for that one to catch the mime who is hysterical. We like the dolphin show Blue Horizons too, but I'm sure that one is debatable for others.

A must see is the Shamu show, if you are going before late April, you will be seeing Believe, now late April (my estimate is around the 23rd) you will see the new whale show, One Ocean

Another must see is Clyde and Seamore take Pirate Island, which is a funny sea lion show and Blue Horizons, which is a dolphin show.

I would recommend the Shamu show and Blue Horizons. Seeing the killer whales in action is spectacular. Blue Horizons is not to be missed on every visit, and it's one of my favorite shows at any park. Clyde and Seamore is ok if you have the time, but once is enough for me.

Going for only a half day will unfortunately hamper your seeing the best shows possibly. You will just have to go to which ever shows are happening at the time you are there. Are you going afternoon or morning?

First show is usually at 10 and you might get to see a 2nd.(Probably best bets in morning would be Blue Horizon and Clyde and SeaMore) if you stay till noon.

Easier to see Shamu Show in the afternoon because usually just 1 show that starts just before noon in the morning

Hi, Thanks all. We are planning to go in the afternoon after Discovery Cove(the only things we are interested in doing there is the dolphin swim and the aviary . So we can leave after that). At Sea World we mainly want to see a few good shows , no rides. So probably we could catch the Shamu show (since everyone agrees that is the best). We are going in May so maybe we will see the new show(hopefully it is as good). And we will also try to fit in Blue Horizons and Clyde and Seamore show. Hopefully we will have more time on our next visit. Thanks again for the tips.
