I interviewed the 5th. And was notified via email I was pending on the 9th. Wednesday makes it 3 weeks since I was notified. My email said I'll be notified no later than April 30th.. does it really take that long?? :confused3 Because I don't know if I can handle waiting another minute!!

Anyone else pending for Fall Advantage '11 and feeling my pain?

It could take that long, it could take less time. I'm applying for the cultural rep program but ours is dragged out more. I applied October, phone interview november face to face March pending mid March. And I could be pending til September 30th. So have strength as I sure need it. Some British CPRers have been pending for I think they are on week 27!

You could find out tomorrow you have a position or April 30th I suggest ya find a really interesting book to keep busy ;)

I'm pending for the Fall session. I interviewed the 19th, faxed paperwork the 22nd, and pended the 25th. I can't imagine having being pended for 3 weeks! I'm going crazy and it's only been a couple of days!

I know how you feel, I'm reaching week 5 after being pended, and this whole thing is driving me crazy. I hate seeing people get in after 5 days of waiting!!!

I FEEL YOUR PAIN!!!! I interviewed March 2 and got pended March 8. I applied for Fall Advantage 11 also. The wait is killing me!!

I interviewed the 17th got pended the 25th. A good friend of mine got accepted after 5 days, I am SUPER happy for her and really hope I get in too!!

I hope you all get it as well. I now have my phone alert me every time i get a new email, and about stop breathing every time it beeps. Still no word but I'm being hopeful..

I bet they just think we're so good for a lot of different jobs they just want to take the time to pick the perfect one... :)

P.S. PixieDustandEeyore I don't know how British CPRers do it.. I would go completely insane in that amount of time!

I pended almost the entire recruiting season last spring. I applied the first day apps were posted & got the pending letter about 2 weeks later. I was finally accepted April 29th. I ended up calling them on the 27th cuz I had talked to a recruiter in March & she said I'd hear something in a few weeks, since it had been more than a month since then & it was getting close to the end, I decided to call. Ended up talking to a different recruiter who said she'd look at all my stuff & get back to me. They called to let me know I had been accepted.

I had my phone interview on March 1st, and my pending letter is marked the 15th. I think I got it the 17th though. Today has been exactly four weeks since my phone interview and now I am going crazy too! haha :-)

Anyone else get an e-mail though? Not an acceptance or decline kind, but just a Disney College Program informational e-mail? I just got one about an hour ago that was like "watch our e-presentation" but I already have... and completed everything, obviously, but that was just cold. haha. I was all excited because I got the notification on my phone!

oh man I dont know how you waited that long to call. sure hop thats not the case for me. but congrats on getting in. which housing did you live in and what are your opinions on the different housing places?

I was pending from September to December 2010 waiting to see if I got into the Spring program. Hang in there, guys!

Thanks. It was a killer to wait that long. I had applied for fall advantage, but ended up getting accepted for fall. It was my 2nd program & I lived in Chatham both times.

My first program, I had a 1 bedroom & I had a 2 bedroom the second time. I really like Chatham cuz the bus stops are right there & I tend to sleep till the last minute, so I leave my apt really close to when the bus comes. I've been in my friends apartments in both Vista & Patterson, I just didn't like Vista & I felt like Patterson wasn't all that special. I liked Chatham cuz I could walk to Publix & Walgreens (about a mile) so I didn't have to take the bus everytime I wanted to go grocery shopping. It was also walking distance to the outlet mall. The biggest issue I ever had with living in Chatham was the occasional roach or lizard (lizard were only ever in my 2 bedroom.) Otherwise, it was very clean.

i applied near the end of february and got my pending email on march fourth and about a week later i got a letter in the mail. i freaked thinking that it could be my acceptance/deny letter but it just contained the same information as the email did. so i am still waiting to hear whether i got in or not. im hoping!

Argh! Interviewed end of Feb and then put on pending! I can't keep going on like this for another month! I'm checking my email every 5 minutes :P Then all the emails from the various Disney E-mail lists nearly give me a heart attack. :rotfl: oh well. Hopefully soon!!! Good luck everyone else!!!

On a side note though, I too am still in debate on wether or not I want Chatham or Patterson. Idk yet!

thanks for the info! i just wasnt sure if each housing unit had like a different rep, like quiet or loud, dirty or clean and whatnot.

im hoping to get recreation. i havent seen many people get accepted to that position yet. i still have my fingers crossed.

I applied for a bunch of positions to be honest, and though I gave my top 3 they asked about two others I had marked so I am hoping that's a good sign. I believe I said my top 4 were 1) Attractions 2) Food Cart/Cashier 3) Merchant 4) PhotoPass Photographer but I don't have my papers with me right now :-) lol

I would do anything though, I would love to do this sooo much!!!
