We were able to get a club level studio, but the other group in our party is still on a waitlist for their studio and are currently staying in Kidani. Would they still be able to join us in the concierge lounge since they are with us? We are hoping their waitlist comes through because of the sunrise safari.

I don't think so. AFAIK, guests must be registered to one of the concierge rooms to have access to the concierge lounge. You could ask the lounge staff and see what they say, but be prepared to be told no.

It really wouldn't be fair to those who are paying the extra points to stay concierge to have to share the lounge and snacks with those who are not. I've been told the lounge isn't very big.

Hope their waitlist comes through. If it doesn't, I know you can find other places to hang out in the Jambo building and even at Kidani. Jambo (like it's sister resort WL) has lots of inviting seating areas that are usually empty, and Mara isn't too far away if you need some drinks and snacks.

Are you at the max occupancy for your studio? If not, and if your main goal is to all enjoy the sunrise safari together, I don't think it would be a big deal to register 4 guests for the studio even if only 2 will be sleeping there.

No, we are not to our max occupancy. It's my husband and I. The only problem is they have 2 kids. I could just add the adults, but they would have to get a babysitter for the kids.
