its just too cold

I'll trade. 9 degrees this morning. With a wind chill of -19. High might hit 20. Supposed to be 6 tonight.
And this is in St Louis! It is January, but really?

I'm feeling your pain. We're all iced in. My pop-up is out in the driveway begging me to hitch up and head to Florida. If i thought I could get out of Atlanta without skidding off into a ditch(or worse!) I'd try it. Spring cannot get here soon enough!:headache:

hey its cold here too, just washed my truck and its only in the 50's, this isn't the Florida I signed up for.

Iced in here. The kids have been out of school all week and no end in sight. Food is holding out because we have stuff in the MH from our trip to the fort. Expecting 14 tonight and 12 tomorrow night with single digit wind chill. Not the Atlanta I signed up for either. Stay warm and stay safe.

Its 21 degrees out, and we just got a foot and a half of snow. Everything will be back to normal tomorrow though.

28 here and it's been snowing for over 12 hours. We're up to a good 20" or so, not done yet.

Oh and the wind is howling.

9 mos, 1 week and 3 MORE DAYS.....

Florida has had one seasonally warm day since Thanksgiving. Tonight is going into the 20's once again for I forget how many times this winter. If this keeps up, the ground will get cold enough for snow to stick!!

Let's all look at the bright side--all these hard freezes ought to kill off the flea and mosquito larvae. Maybe we'll have a less buggy summer.:thumbsup2

True....but right now it's killing all the strawberries, tomatoes, and citrus fruit.

Someone needs to tell the bug population in Tennessee about that hard freeze bug theory,
I don't think they've heard about that.

I know this is PA and it's supposed to be cold and snowy, but we haven't seen anything above 30 since Thanksgiving it seems! We're finally gonna get above 30 this week for one day, but it's bringing freezing rain with it! Husband and I are cruising to Bermuda in 88 more days and it can't come soon enough.

Is ANYONE having warm weather?:confused3 (even 32 degrees without a wind would seem warm at this point!)

If it wasn't for the cold weather we would never appreciate the warm weather. Of course, there are still those who will complain when it is cold and complain when it is hot. It is suppose to be 9 tonight, and 15 for the high tomorrow. Plan on hooking the sleds up to the 4 wheeler and taking the kids for a spin, another day in paradise.
