I have a 4:00 res on Sunday , December 12th. It's a CP package reservation, and I know that I will be using 2 TS credits. (We have the basic plan: 1QS, 1TS, 1Snack).

A couple of questions:

1) At 4:00, will I be ordering off the lunch menu or dinner menu?
2) Since it is a 2 TS meal, does it also include an appetizer?
3) Alternatively, can I order the Prix Fixe 3-course meal using my TS credits?

3) Alternatively, can I order the Prix Fixe 3-course meal using my TS credits?Past experience says yes, they will allow you to order the prix fixe for regular dining plan credits.

Regular dining plan does not include appetizer, regardless of whether you spend 1TS or 2TS on the meal - unless you order a prix fixe combination like the one at Chefs which includes an appetizer selection.

I know that the dining plan doesn't include appetizer, but the CP package does include appetizer. Am I using my credits for the meal? Or am I using them for the package?

In some ways, it seems like the CP Package is already a prix fixe combo, because it's advertised to include app, entree, dessert.

CP package includes appetizer. You would pay two credits for the package. If you cancel the package and get the regular prix fixe menu you would also get an appetizer but for 1 credit. You would have to cancel the package ahead of time, I don't think you can switch at the restaurant. I think the cancellation is 24 hours.

Off-package, you are also limited to the offerings on the regular prix fixe menu with no substitutions allowed. I think with the package you can order anything.
