On the off chance there are no robes already in your room ask one of the Club Level Cast Members or call Housekeeping to bring them up for you. This past August during our Club Level stays at the Contemporary and Boardwalk Inn it just so happened to be that both times our rooms never had the robes when we checked in. At the Contemporary we asked one of the Club Level Cast Members who called and got them for us, then at the Boardwalk we called Housekeeping our selves and they brought them up.

Thanks. Four days till we go.

I have booked a 1br cl for oct 2011 I have some questions: I want to book the sunrise safari when can I do this who do I contact? I do not want a handicap room do I have to request this? I am not concerned about view but what are the cl views? Do I need to reach out to the ipo s right away? Or just before my 180 day for adrs? What about tipping? What's customary? Tell me everything!! This is our 25th anniversary so I want it to be special:) oh one more thing, we will be coming off a 3day cruise on the dream, when the bus brings us back do we check in at the front desk? Or out front at the bellhop desk?

The only thing I can say is if there is no Cast Member there to meet you because I am not sure how it works when coming of a bus, tell a Cast Member working at the bell stand you are staying on the Tower Club and a Club Level Cast Member will take you up there so you can check-in.

Can anyone tell me if there are full decks on all the club level rooms at BC? I know that BC has some full decks and some "single person" decks....just not sure if there are both on the club level floor.

I have two questions if anyone might be able to answer them. DF, soon to be DH next December, and I want to stay CL for our honeymoon next December. I am thinking WL just because I want to be close to the MK, but I by no means want the Poly because there are two many kids. I stayed BW CL a few times when I was a kid, and I know how many kids are at the Epcot area resorts because of the great pools and theming. WL seems so romantic!

1) Can anyone tell me about CL at the WL? Is this a good idea for a CL resort?

2) If I were to book this CL right now (because I am scared of it getting booked as the end of our stay is closing in on Christmas time - 12/12-12/18/2011) could we get our rates adjusted later if we for instance found a passholder rate? We are annual passholders and I know that the AP rates don't come out until closer to next holiday season. Can we even apply the typical 40% off rate to CL, and if so can it be applied to a stay that is already booked?

Thanks! Great tips from everyone.

I had a CL room booked a couple of years ago and I was able to eventually apply an AP rate to SOME of the nights. I have read posts where people have been able to book an entire stay in CL with a discount, it just didn't work for me. I think it just depends. Each promo has a certain amount of rooms allotted - sometime CL rooms are included, sometimes not. If you feel strongly about having the room I would book it. You can always cancel.

Great, thanks for the info. I think I will wait to book until we get our wedding room blocks set up in a few weeks because we can book 30% off deluxe. I found a tip that said to make one of the hotels your honeymoon hotel so you could book using the wedding block discount. So at least we will get 30% off if I can't apply the AP discount!

But thanks for letting me know that I might at least be able to apply the discount!

Remember, WL has Honeymoon rooms! They are CL. They have king size beds and a special tub set up. There are only 4 of these rooms, so they do tend to book quickly.
If you do book one, two of these rooms face the MK and can be requested (although, as we all know, they cannot be guaranteed!)

Thought I'd jump in since I have stayed in one of those honeymoon rooms. We were lucky enough to get one of the MK view rooms without even asking. You can see the top of Space Mountain and about the top 1/3 of the castle but the best thing is you can see the fireworks from your balcony. The two rooms on that side are the only rooms there so you don't really have to worry about noisy neighbors and right outside the door you have a great view of the lobby, we were there in December so we got to see Chirstmas decorations. As to the tub it is awesome, it is a huge spa tub with water jets and has a little ledge where some pretty rock and candles were laid out, it was nice to soak in there after a day at the parks.

Just returned late last night from BWI and the wonderful, fabulous, fantastic, magical, etc., etc., etc. Innkeepers Club. Loved it even more than before, if possible. Will post later but have tons of things to catch up with, so will probably be tonight or tomorrow.

BWI is the best.

Jackemail-Glad to hear you are home safe and had a great time as usual. It is always bittersweet coming back to reality so we'll be here for your support!:lmao: Can't wait to hear the report;)

It's great to hear that everything was great and I can't wait to read the rest of your trip report.

Anyone recently returned from BC CL? Is the 24 hour lounge access "test" still going on?

So excited!! :goodvibes We received our welcome letter email today for our June AKV-CL stay. We stayed AKV-CL back in 2008 and never received the email. It's fun to get Disney mail/email! :lovestruc

Our kids know about the trip but they don't know we're staying AKV-CL, can't wait to plan some surprises for them. :thumbsup2

One more week to go, and I cannot wait! We did not schedule any time in the parks the first day, since we have to leave so early in the morning for our flights. We thought we would relax in the lounge a bit with the boys until our room was ready - freshen up, and explore the resort, then come back up to the lounge and our room, before strolling down to the boardwalk for dinner. I cannot wait!
