So I was trying to fall asleep last night and realized I should have ordered at least two more flasks. lol

I ordered two that were on backorder. Then Kevin anounced the discount. I called and asked if I can get the discount since they were not shipped yet. The girl told me that Will would call me back. I also emailed Will twice and never a reply. I did receive and I think they are great, but as of now they will not get any repeat business from me. If they tell me I can't get the discount because I ordered before it was started fine, but at least have the courtesy of letting me know. Vent over.

I am curious (like Alice) and have this question to Hydro Flask Fans.

When you say it kept your water cold all day - at the end of the day, is that the same water you started with?

I do understand that a double walled vacuum bottle (Hydro Flask or Thermos) will keep the water the same temperature all day. But are you using it as a drinking or storage container?

Especially on hot day, I assume you have refilled it several times with fresh icy cold water?

I have an 18 oz Thermos that I love. Keeps my beverage icy cold. But I am surprised how quickly I drink down 18 ounces. Then I am looking for more ice and cold water.

Before we left for the Parks in the morning, we filled the bottle about 3/4 with ice ( we did have to smack the cubes a bit to fit them in the bottle ) - then we added water. as we drank down the water, we just refilled it throughout the day. When we got back to the room in the evening, we still had some ice in the bottle

I have been reading about the hydroFlask on this site and podcast for a while now and have been very interested. After reading about this DIScount and the GKTW connection, I just couldn't wait any longer.

I just got my Hydroflask yesterday, but I do plan on buying two more for my DDs.

I filled my Hydroflask yesterday at 11am and the water was still cold today at 11am. I love it!!!

I got a red one. What did you all get?

I did today get a call from Travis at Hydro and he said they are just getting things together for the 10% discount and the rebate to GKTW. Unfortunately since I ordered before this was set up I won't get the discount and I don't thnnk GKTW will get anything.

John, on the bottom of your flask, there is an engraved number.

If you go to the website mentioned above and enter the numberengraved on the bottom of your flask, you get to choose where the proceeds go.

Once GKTW is listed, you can choose them and that's where your donation will be sent.

On the bottom of the bottle is the link that you need to go to, as well as your bottle's code that needs to be entered on the website. That just proves that you did buy a hydroflask. From there, you can select the charity that you want to donate 5% of the purchase price to. It's a great deal!

Love these bottles! I don't drink anything but water, so these are great! I love cold water throughout the day. We're going to have to buy a couple more, b/c we're always "fighting" over who gets to take the one that we have!

I'm waiting for GKTW to be added before ordering, but I just can't decide what size to get. I only drink water like Leah, nothing is better than ice cold water when walking the parks. 18 oz. doesn't seem big enough, but I don't want one that is going to be too big to be comfortable carrying around all day. Decisions, decisions.
