Priceline Car Rental Question

I searched for the answer but couldn't find anything definitive... I can get Priceline for our entire trip for only $50 more versus our current ressie @ car care center for 5 days!! But I do NOT want to have to shuttle to the rental agency from MCO...

Can anyone say for sure that whatever company I book through will be right there at the airport?

3 more sleeps!!!

:cool1:

OK nobody has replied yet (lol, it's only been 20 minutes) but I'm playing around with this priceline bidding and dammit if I'm not getting kick butt deals!! It accepted my bid of $14/day for standard sized SUV - total of like $140!! That's HALF of what my Alamo ressie (through costco, with another coupon code) would cost! I almost don't care if we end up needing to take a shuttle - it's not THAT far that we can't deal with half price car rental!!! :cool1::cool1:

eta - Whoa! HOLD UP!! This page after I put in my bid, isn't the acceptance page, is it? I have to put in my credit card # and THEN find out if it's accepted? Shoot...

Yea you have to commit before you find out if it's accepted or not. That next page isn't the page that lets you know that it's accepted. Sorry

If you get an SUV for $14 a day I will be really suprised. I would up it to $25 and go from there. The most recent winning bid report on Bidding for travel was for a minivan $25 a day.

Good Luck! Have fun!

I rented through priceline and got Hertz that is right at Mco!
Good Luck!:cool1:

Wow, I did not realize Hertz moved back to the airport. When we rented from them we picked up at the airport but they moved before we returned the car. We had to drop off and then take the shuttle back to the airport. That was a while ago, though.

Your COSTCO code gives lets you add an additional driver for no extra cost. Customers who need an extra driver are likely to find the extra driver fee on a PL rental will probably more then negate any savings.

Not an issue if you only need one driver.
